Zerorez is easy to schedule, professional and consistent in quality. My third booking this last week was great. Jeff, my cleaning technician, let me know when he was on his way, showed up on time and was professional, friendly and efficient. Even my dog loved him. He got right to work and cleaned my carpet thoroughly.
My carpet looks great and my area rug looks almost new. The Zerorez rep was prompt and efficient. I will definitely use them again.

Hey there, we love you guys! This past time you helped to work on a stain, and now the stain is about 4 times larger AND darker. I am hoping someone would be able to come out and take a look at it - it's right in a terrible spot!

Carpets look great. Unfortunately, the technician I felt took advantage of the situation and oversold me on your zero Rez water. Called about returning it and they told me I needed to deliver it to their offices. Inconvenience. I dropped them off on 9 August was told it would take three business days, on the fourth business day I called to see what was going on and I actually reminded them that they needed to do it.Now I have to wait another four days for my refund. Won’t be using services again due to my experience.Shame, the carpets look great.
