This is the first time I didn't feel like the results were outstanding. In many areas it just doesn't appear that the grout was cleaned at all. In my previous expereiences and those of my clients homes, the results were alway truly jaw-dropping.

The person in charge of our carpet, did an excellent job, attention to detail and my carpet looks new now, I loved the service, it was also very friendly
It was very expensive to clean the areas I had done. The tile looked clean but I wouldn't do it again. I think it looks the same as when it gets mopped. The carpet on the stairs looked really good, but we paid for the extra service to help eliminate the pet odor due to pet urine and it did not make as big a difference as hoped. The couch and ottoman look really good and I would do that again.
The ease but I was a little off on the price because you can three rooms for 144 and when I had on room ( easy ) and wanted to have my washable carpet in the kitchen it was another 80 plus dollars when in reality it would have taken 5 minutes ...so I think you could have make it part of the special
It was super easy to book services. Our technician showed up on time, explained all available options and completed the work very quickly. Our carpets look fantastic! We will definitely use Zerorez again.

Nathan was excellent with the cleaning of our carpet. It appeared to be new when he completed the cleaning. He explained all the options for cleaning and protecting the carpet. Nathan was methodical with the preparation and cleaning of the carpet. He was polite and professional. We have used Zerorez several times and have been very pleased with the results. This time was the best!! We will be requesting Nathan when we need our carpets cleaned again. Scheduling the cleaning service was simple!
