Our carpets came out great and feel nice and fresh again

The service man was processional and got my front room carpet nice and clean and he arrived on time.
Overall i am extreemly happy with the service that Zerorez provided for our two homes. I received a call from the call center informing me the tech was ahead of schedule and wanted to see if they could arrive earlier. That was extreemly usefull as our day was filled with other apointments. The cleaning itslef was incredible. No residue; leaing carpet soft and not stiff. No musty or unpleasant wet oder, and the high traffic areas came out just as good as the rest of the lower traffic areas. The efficiency, knowledge, and professionalsim from the tech tells you a lot on how Zerorez truly covers all areas in the services they provide.

I am a real estate agent and have used Zerorez for many years both for my own home and for client’s homes. Products are clean, no detergent or chemicals. Cassie, the technician who came out this time was amazing. She worked on some bad stains and spent a lot of time on the home. She did a tile cleaning sample in a bathroom and I am scheduling tile cleaning for all bathrooms.
