Associate didn't push products. Lightly suggested additional services, I said not interested and he accepted that and moved on to my carpets. I'm not a fan up pushy up sales. When a company is pushy about their updates, I generally do not return.
Xavier is a great person and very professional. Carpets are clean and nice.

I held off on using other companies suggested to me for months. I even argued with my husband about using other companies. My first experience with your technician, was fantastic! His knowledge, and service was exactly why I wanted to return to you.
However, this time I am disappointed with the results. My husband explained that your technician seemed very rushed and unintended in doing a good job. He explained that our carpets were bad and we understood that but I feel as though we could have done a similar if not better job by renting a machine from a convenient store and doing it ourselves. We have another appt for our master bedroom on the 4th of December. What can you offer to do for us. I would really hate to have to cancel and look for other options at this point and also to continue to consider you for future appointments

Great service and professional
Ashley the technician was very through and explain everything to us. After the carpet dried, it looked cleaner and like the Ad says no crunchy feeling.
The only thing that I downgrade to 9 was the extra temporary $9 fuel charge. When we had the carpet cleaned, fuel (gas) was going down unless the this fuel is not the same as gas.

We have always been very satisfied with ZeroRez until this trip. I added a third room of carpet plus paid extra for 1 small area of dog urine - my dog was "dripping" when she was passing away last summer. The spot is at the edge of the bed and slightly under it. I pointed that out (that part of it was hidden under the edge). The tech went to the edge of the bed but did not get under it as I requested (He must have forgot by the time he got to this room). I am not sure if the cleaner could not go under the edge or if not, I am wondering if there would have been a smaller tool that could have been used for that one spot.
My husband claims that the master bedroom is also extremely matted and was excessively crunchy. - It is usually more "fluffy" and not so crunchy. He was thinking the solution was mixed too heavy.
