Our tech told us what he was doing and how long it would take.

There 2areas that need going over one is a circle it looks like the machine sat on the rug and dried with a circle on the carpet. The other us an area in the office I also paid extra for this

Paid extra to remove some pet urine spots but after cleaning all remained so I cleaned myself. Ask for him to clean under my bed as I removed everything but he did not. Can see where technician missed cleaning areas in one room. I've called four times and am still waiting on a $40 refund. I could have done a better job with my Bissell and need to release as it's not clean. Spent $200 and topped $20 for 2 rooms!

Very disappointed. I have used you several times and this cleaning was terrible. I had to go around and clean spots that should have been removed with the cleaning.

There was a lot of cat hair still in the rugs. Previously, the technician used a special machine to get out the cat hair, but not this time, why?

I was in my residence when my Zerorez service technician, Joshua George was cleaning my house and from the time he entered my home he was attentive and listened to all of my concerns regarding my soiled new carpet meaning my carpet was newly installed only 10 months ago. His window of arrival was originally scheduled from 2pm to 4pm yet he arrived promptly at 2pm. Mr. George explained in detail and showed me all of the steps in the Zerorez cleaning process. I was skeptical at first that my carpet would be dirt and stain free. To my very happy surprise at the end of the entire Zerorez cleaning process my carpet actually looked brand new and was dirt/stain free. I discussed the possibility of future cleanings of my carpet with technician Joshua George and he made suggestions of what cleaning schedule I should use so that my carpet wouldn't deteriorate. He also recommended a vacuuming regime for my carpeting to maintain it between cleanings. I appreciate the knowledge he imparted. Mr. George doing so put my mind at ease and I will be requesting him for my future Zerorez cleanings. My Thanks to Mr. Joshua George.
