Customer service is very good. The gentleman that came out to our house thoroughly went over everything from top to bottom with us before he started so we knew exactly what we were getting carpets turned out so good very happy.

Did a great job. Just wish when a room like a bedroom had nothing but walkways around furniture that I did not have to pay for a whole room. Not really fare. Also gas prices are down so that charge should go away.

Your products are environmentally safe and do not leave a chemical smell behind. I’ve used Zeroez for many years. In fact, they are the only company I will use. The tech who cleaned my carpeting and two recliners was very professional and courteous; a great ambassador for Zeroez.
All the stains and door came back as soon as we walked on the carpet. Total waste of money!

The carpets turned out awesome. The rooms and feels very very clean
My service technician was great. After cleaning my carpets very thoroughly initially and waiting for them to dry, he reinspect, and then I noticed one section that he thought needed further cleaning. He went back and got all of his equipment back out again, and re-cleaned the area of the rug until it was not noticeable Any longer. I really appreciated the extra effort he took and pointing this out to me and taking the extra time to make sure the job was done correctly.
service schedule is kept, with cleaners arriving on time, never late! That's amazing.

On time and knowledgeable specialists
I think the work was pretty good and the technician very polite. I inquired about having my area rugs cleaned and was shocked at your price! I will be looking elsewhere as they are nice rugs but about 1/2 of what I paid to have them cleaned- outrageous. I did think the rooms smelled very fresh and no chemical smell at all.
