My carpet looked amazing. It had spots and spills that disappeared! I have used Zerorez several times, and have always been very pleased. The techs asked several questions to make sure they address all the necessary problems you want taken care of. Their techs are very knowledgeable and friendly. I reccomend them to friends and family.
I wouldn't use anyone else. They have also cleaned some furniture and it looked great.

Have been using ZeroRez for 15 years.

When people choose the option to have grout sealed you should make them aware that it's chemicals coming from an aerosol spray can. As well as making sure your employees are aware of the dangers of using that overtime. I have breathing issues and ended up in the emergency room because of that even after going outside and opening up all the doors and windows when the operator left and running fans all night. In the interest of your employees they should be aware of the hazards of being exposed to that without face mask over a period of time also. I also believe that before you offer that option for sealing the grout that you make to the customers you make them aware of what the potential hazards are and how long the smell will linger in the house.

I have no complaints. The response was very professional all the way through. The technician was polite; he called ahead of time to see if he could come a little early (which fit my schedule even better); he explained everything clearly and worked extra hard on the high traffic areas so they matched the low traffic areas.

Zerorez cleaned 6 rooms of carpeting last week and an upholstered occasional chair. The technician Cody was very personable, knowledgeable and very good at communicating. He asked questions and explained everything he was doing. My husband and I were so pleased, not only with the results, but everything was completely dry in about 6 hours. Cody was great!

Product worked extremely well on our bedroom carpet and all our tile floor and grout in the remainder of our home. Service was excellent, on time and very professional. Explained what was done and answered all our questions.

My family and I have used Zerorez for a number of years. Most important is the fact that no chemicals are used, therefore the carpets stay cleaner much longer, and there is nothing used that would be harmful to children and pets. The Technicians are knowledgeable and professional.

The quality of Zerorez cleaning is outstanding. The technician was on time and explained the whole process.

Was initially advised carpets would dry within 4-6 hrs, two days later they were still wet and a tech had to come out with fans. After a day of hearing loud fans, slight dampness on perimeter of one side of carpet.
Couple days later when putting back furniture I kneeled down and could still smell gross pet urine throughout areas of carpet. Tech came back out and cleaned and treated carpets, 24hrs later carpet still have multiple areas of pet urine smell. Some areas had less smell but many areas still smelled extremely gross!!!
I just want my money back after all the inconvenience and odor still remaining!
