Bedroom carpet had a spot were we had a previous blood stain. We were successful in treating the blood stain. It was imbeded.. however your process brought the stain that was imbedded to the surface again. We did not see this til that evening we returned to our bedroom.
We were disappointed that the tech did not get this stain remedied.

Technicians were professional and informative. They went through all options for cleaning problem spots and protection. Equipment died so another tech had to finish the job but both did a wonderful job.

The carpet was OK carpet is pretty new only two years old so there wasn’t really any major stains just a couple areas. It doesn’t seem like it that came.

Unfortunately nothing looks different. There are still stains and watermarks on our couches and dining chairs. Our rug looks exactly the same. The tech did say that the dining chair water stains might not come out, but now they’re more prominent. I think what was missed are the steps you have on your website: to spot treat to see if the material on our couches and dining chairs were treatable, and then we should have been advised not to have service. Seems like it was a big waste of money for us when we had zero results. You come highly recommended by friends so we were excited to use you.

Initially, I called Stanley Steemer to clean my mom's carpet. The technician said that there was no way he could make the high traffic areas look much better. So, I thought I'd do it myself if it was such a loss. My husband said to call Zerorez. I thought my mom's carpet was DOA, but the Zerorez process was amazing! Her living area and hallway look good again! I'll definitely use you again!
