Our tech Saige was very pleasant and I thought a good job was done until the next day fully in the light. I'm not sure if our problem area was just too much for your technology, but the couch still looked stained in the problem area and still had an odor. For context, it was a stain from our dog licking herself - she's been having skin issues and the stain covered two large cushions. For $320 + $20 tip, I just figured it would look a little better. We ended up ordering a Bissell little green machine to go over it again and that got it out.
My apologies for not previously adding notes. I didn't think the review had been submitted, because I didn't want to hurt our techs score. We do not need anyone to come back out, but thank you.
We don’t think the person extracted the carpets,or rug after cleaning because even with fans going all night they were still wet this morning and we had to use heaters to dry them along with the fans still going. We never had to do that with zerorez before. We even gave the guy a tip for his being early and fast. Now I feel we were cheated and his work was only worth half of what we paid. Perhaps a 50% off for next year when we get all rooms cleaned or a 50% refund now. Sorry that this happened this time. Very disappointed.

Not all stains/dirt were removed
I use your water for my daily/weekly/monthly or yearly chores. The water is alkaline and cleans beautifully.
Paul M did not disappoint! He was our technician for Zerorez and he did an excellent job cleaning our tile and grout. I was skeptical at first since our grout was very dirty and dark but he demonstrated on a small area in the kitchen which proved to me he could make a big difference. Thank you Zerorez and Paul M
Brandon, the tech that cleaned our carpet, was very polite and informative. He was also very efficient. We like the fact ZeroRez uses hot steam and nothing else. A car p et store recimmended ZeroRez for that reason. Dried fast, carpet so much better looking.
The stains were removed and the carpet looks great. Treyvon did a great job.
The technician was very neat with his work and did a good job on our couch. There were a few spots I had to touch up, but it is all good now. I was happy that they were able to schedule me for the next day after calling in for services.

Cleaning agents used safe for animals/kids, also easier on those with breathing issues. Zerorez is lovely to work with. Website is user friendly and setting up an appointment, or finding information is easily found. Staff is friendly and efficient. Jared recently cleaned 3 rooms of carpet for me. He was efficient, mindful, very friendly - excellent representative of your company.
