Service was fast and extremely efficient.
I can rely on your technicians to show up at the appointed hour - there are clear communications on scheduling and advising on the day of if there are delays or if they may arrive early. The process is clean and pretty quick to dry. ZeroRez makes my life easier when it comes to the mundane task of carpet cleaning and all that it entails. Technicians are quite friendly and remindful of helpful hints while the carpet is drying. Thank you.
