The employee you sent was very nice, he did emphasize how dry the carpet would be when done and in my opinion it was very wet and wasn't dry by the following evening.
I also thought the price for cleaning individual spots was very high at $75 each approx. 2'X2.5' area. plus after treatment.

provide more deals and not be so sent on the square footage when you've had the services prior by somebody else you did an awesome job we had a little bit of a confusion with the price but calling the one 800 number helped to work out the price I had previously paid I appreciate them working with us so that I can get the same price that I had previously gotten.

The tech was amazing. Friendly. Explained everything. I know all carpet and stains are different. I was so excited my carpet looked brand new while it was wet. So I even got the protectant. Once dried, my carpet in my living room the spots were present. Maybe on areas where you can really see the use. Give a heads up that it might still be noticeable even though it looks great wet.
It seems to clean without leaving any residue.

The house smells bad now. Its been a little over 24 hours so I hope it goes away. I was told I could pay in cash. I had $200 in cash and was then told by the technician after he did the work that he didn't have change so I had to give him $200 which was much more than what I was quoted.
