I was contacted in the morning as the cleaner was able to come earlier to my home if I was available. I appreciated them reaching out to me. The cleaning rep was very careful to explain the process and he took care to ensure I was completely satisfied. A very good experience all around!

Employee Tyler did work hard, but carpet was crunchy in certain areas. The tile grout cleaning was not good, a lot of dirt left. I realize grout was dirty before cleaning but to spend over 600 dollars for carpet and tile cleaning and it not be top notch. Zerorez did a fabulous job of cleaning the carpets and tile in past cleanings. I will probably have to take my business elsewhere.
Very friendly, polite and professional service techs. Goes over the processes and the charges thoroughly and I love the way the carpets and tile look and feel when they are done.
