You didn’t clean the carpet. It looked the same only crunchy. I am done with Zerrorez, good idea but it doesn’t work. One time it took 3 days to dry. I have always had to have you back to reclean, this time that didn’t work and he ruined the carpet. Enough

Great service! Done quickly and the room looks great! One issue nothing major though, one spot where our dog always lays it brought the dog smell out. Will definitely have them out again. Overall great job and scheduling was easy!
