Everyone I spoke to was professional and knowledgeable. The individual who came to the door exactly on time, he explained, listened and provided option ( not a bed sell) based on the situation and needs I had. He showed me how it was going along the way and the results weee exactly as expected- a clean and newer looking carpet that in reality 20 + yrs old.

Carpets look great- no residue

Professional, clean and no chemical smells that trigger my asthma. Every thing dries so quickly and looks brand new. Our service guy Jacob was so professional, took his time, and went above and beyond. Everything looks brand new!

This is our second time using Zero Res. Our first time wasn’t great. Carpets were very wet, dried crunchy, area rugs and sofa wasn’t cleaned well. Zero Res came back out to address the issues. This theme, The technician was courteous and appeared professional. That said our baseboards were marked and chipped. The paint on the Wall corners are scratched off, I guess because of the hoses. I know this because we just had all paint touched up a few weeks ago. Carpets, again, dried crunchy. That’s a main point of what you say won’t happen. Just really disappointing. Not the quality you advertise, not what our experience is.

Zerorez notified me when they were in route with an estimated time of arrival. The tech arrived on time and was ready to get the job done. He was very professional, polite, asked questions about my expectations, and provided insight on what he saw happening with the carpet and what steps he will perform. He went to work on the carpet and the next thing you know he was all done. The tech provided me the drying instructions, shoe booties, and asked if there were any questions. I have to say it again, the tech was so amazing with his politeness and professionalism. It was just addition to have clean carpet. Thank you Zerorez.

Arriving on time

Zerorez was recommended to us by a neighbor. We were very pleased with the outcome. The carpets look great. Couldn't be happier. Scott was who we delt with...........very courteous and good to deal with.

I learned that you use citrus to help breakdown soil/dirt in the carpets. I find it to not be a pleasant odor when the crew was finished. It almost smelled like they used dirty water. (The odor was faintly reminiscent of when my toddler wet the bed).

Be a little more transparent up front about what you will be able to accomplish. It was pretty good, the tile cleaning I got but I expected it to look brand new and there were still a lot of dark areas in my light grout so I was a little disappointed. I also think it was a bit expensive for what I got out of it

My floors look no different from before. The whole process felt very rushed. In fact, the technician mentioned that he came in on his day off and that my floors wouldn't have been done had he not. He also said that he gets tipped on all his jobs and it felt like he was expecting me to tip him. However, his work was terrible! he left puddles of water standing on the floor and missed several spots, including an entire bathroom! I mentioned to him that I was not happy with the results and he said that it's the best it would get. I do not believe him based on the mediocre attempt he made in actually cleaning the carpet. In fact, the house was completely empty except for a small trash can in the kitchen and he didn't even move the trash can to get under it. I said I want the whole house done and he didn't even do a bathroom! In the end, I feel scammed... like I paid for absolutely nothing and was pressured into tipping for a completely unprofessional job. The only way to make this right this is for a DIFFERENT technician to come out and redo the entire house, or refund my money entirely.

They get my carpets cleaned very well. I like hiw they don't saturate the carpets. The service tech. was very professional, and didnt try to upsell me. Gave me his honest opinion.
