I like that the equipment is powerful and clearly pulling away residual dampness. Mainly I like that it was just water (OK “magic water” LOL) so there is no weird smell or sticky sensation on the floor. I had so many workers tramping through that the floor was filthy. I do believe it is now 3 shades lighter!
It's very easy to set an appt. The cleaner was very informative and helpful. He did a great job. The prices are competitive too. I like being able to see my total cost before I decide on an appt.
Jessie dis a great job. The major spots that were pretty bad he took care of and rhe carpet looks geeat. Very satisfied!

Your tech, Austin, notified us when he was on his way and then took the time to explain the process and our options. He didn't try to "sell" products, but instead provided his recommendations based on our flooring.
Left water all over tile floor when finishing carpets.
Stated that the area that was under a desk couldn’t come clean ( I got it clean)… overall not worth the cost when he was there for like an hour total

I love that you don't use harsh soaps and do a very thorough job of rinsing out/extracting any additional treatments, such as pet or stain treatments. Our carpets have never been left overly saturated or crunchy.

The technician was a great guy! However, After the carpets dried they didn’t seem fresh and clean but rather they seemed still dingy and gave my home a stale smell. A couple spots I get in high traffic areas always come out when I use my Bissel carpret cleaner but I thought I would spend the extra money this time to get a professional cleaning. I have alot of family coming over for Christmas and was Thinking that the professional cleaning would do a even better job than my Bissel carpet cleaner but it didn’t. I am thinking that I might have to re-clean my carpets now with my Bissel to get them smelling fresh and not dingy looking. I am very disappointed.
