Our technician was Luis. He really took his time with both deodorizing and cleaning our carpets. They are older carpets but now look much better.

NO after care instructions and/or expectations were given. More care should be taken to avoid scuffing baseboard/walls. Inconsistent cleaning, some areas in same room were very wet while others were slightly moist (carpeting was not stained or heavily soiled).
