Your worker was awesome. He did an amazing job in a room that one of my senior dogs had just destroyed with urine. He went back after with the black light and all of the really bad spots were gone.

I have used Zerores for many years and will continue to use them. The price point is reasonable compared to other companies, the techs are professional, they keep you informed on arrival times, the carpets don’t take days to dry out and I’ve always been happy with results.
I highly recommend this company.
Tile cleaning didn’t work out. It left ALOT of dirt in the grout. I was able to get virtually all of the dirt out with glass plus and a small grout brush.

I like the fact that my carpets got so clean just using water. I was also very impressed with Alex’s knowledge about carpet and how to care for it. It was interesting how he checked all the carpet with a black light before starting the cleaning process.

Your "cleaners" are always friendly and very thorough. They answer any questions you may have, and always let you know what they will be doing next. This is, I believe, the fourth time I have used your services, and I plan to use them again when it's time.
My carpeting is very old and was really dirty. The technician did a great job cleaning it. He spent extra time on the really bad areas and now my carpeting looks great.
The carpet doesn’t feel crusty when it drys like some other carpet cleaners I have used. The are professional and have always done a good job.
We have been a loyal customer for quit a few years and have now found that the later you get the carpet cleaned it not sone as well. The carpet is clean and not new but the tech tried to so his best. Would like the next time to be able to get it done earlier in the day.

Was pleased with Zerorez Phoenix when they came out to clean my carpet. Scott B. was the technician who was sent. He did a great job explaining the product and the process. He was on time and great at communicating the process with me. He was careful and meticulous when cleaning around all of my furniture and baseboards. Scott B. is definitely a great representative for the company. I have already shared your company information and have suggested that everyone request Scott B. when making an appointment. Price quoted wasn’t clear - no mention of environmental and fuel fees until day of service when the charges were questioned. Just should have been up front about it.

1st time I used Zerorez I was extremely impressed. I decided to use your services again and this time I was disappointed. I have 3 dogs and although they are potty trained, I still try to have my carpets cleaned at least twice a year. I noticed that once the carpet dried it did not have the fresh feeling or scent.
