Matthew could not have been more kind and helpful and I was really blown away by it. I just lost my dog a few days ago and needed help with removing the pet stains that occurred right at the end. Matthew was very thorough and transparent about options and costs and could not have been nicer about helping me decide how best to move forward. Luis was on time, quick, and did an amazing job. Zerorez has been the only company I've used for the last several years because of the quality that they deliver.

Tech used dirty equipment. Tools used had dog hair on it(I've never had pets here) and when asked about it he smirked it off.

I called the office, agent never called back to this day. I never pushed on the issue thinking they would be professional enough to at least call to follow up on the job, nothing.

This business is lacking in office and in the field.

Do more prep on the dirty areas like in front of a chair or sofa where there is much use

Environmentally friendly & professional staff

This time we had Cesar as our tech. We really appreciated the effort he put in to truly cleaning our floor. The couch looked amazing. The floors look amazing he got stains out, I didn’t expect. I’m super grateful for good care.

I had scheduled an appointment last sat the technician arrived and began to look at his watch as I was discussing wanting specific treatment before cleaning it felt that he clearly was going to be inconvenienced and more so concerned about time.
I’ve had services once prior and that tech did an amazing job that’s why I scheduled again. Unfortunately this was not the experience this time. The carpets don’t look much better and there were spots that were not done. I actually had to use our cleaning machine yesterday because it was not cleaned efficiently.

Lower the cost

After 14 hours of my carpet being cleaned it was still wet and 28 hours after my carpet was cleaned it was still damp. The guy was nice, but seemed to go through pretty quick when it came to using the brush and sucking up the liquid. After we paid I didn't get a receipt and I need a receipt for my carpet warranty. The only 2 companies that are authorized for my carpet warranty is Zerorez & Stanley Steamer. Next time I will probably have to go with Stanley Steamer.

Your service is top-notch at every level. From the folks who help me with getting an appointment to the technicians who arrive to do the work, the Zerorez personnel are above and beyond the norm. They are consistently helpful, professional and personable. I was very grateful to have Matthew once again as my technician. He is truly second to none! He is thorough in his work and communicates extremely well on the issues of what needs to be done and why. I wouldn't have my carpeting serviced by any other company.

Our tech was on time, incredibly nice and did a wonderful job!!!

I had to tell the technician that he didn’t clean a couple of spots which make me wonder how good a job he did on the less obvious places. Also he smeared the glass door up so terribly that you could hardly see thru it! So I ended up cleaning it myself and now it’s nice. I also ended up using my magic eraser on the black streaks I had on the tile from my shower caddy which he first told me that was the coloring of the tile and then proceeded to hook his machine up again only to lighten it!! Not to worry. Magic eraser got it clean. He had the bathroom floor so wet I can’t imagine home he could even accomplish that. 2 hours later it was still wet. Very disappointing.
