Carpet cleaned thoroughly and drys quickly!
The technician was a great guy! However, After the carpets dried they didn’t seem fresh and clean but rather they seemed still dingy and gave my home a stale smell. A couple spots I get in high traffic areas always come out when I use my Bissel carpret cleaner but I thought I would spend the extra money this time to get a professional cleaning. I have alot of family coming over for Christmas and was Thinking that the professional cleaning would do a even better job than my Bissel carpet cleaner but it didn’t. I am thinking that I might have to re-clean my carpets now with my Bissel to get them smelling fresh and not dingy looking. I am very disappointed.

We had 2 dogs that became special needs and had 'accidents'. Even though I spot cleaned with a carpet cleaning machine each time and was meticulous with the rinse, we had several areas that were very visible and had become dark. Our intent was to get them cleaned and then replace the carpet in several months, which was only 3 years old. We never thought it could be close to good. We were so wrong! We had decided to skip the additional treatments for the reason mentioned and we still are honestly shocked at how good the carpets look! Most importantly, our technician was incredibly attentive to our needs and was very kind and thorough to say the least. Great Job to our tech and your team at Zerorez!

Gas is 2.95 a gallon at Costco and you charged 9.00 for a temporary gas trip charge. That is wrong. I could see it when gas was 5.00 but not now. Feels greedy to me.

The person who cleaned my carpet was very friendly and explained everything to me and when he was all finished cleaned up after himself and the carpets looked really clean
I was disappointed we failed to remove one small trash bin under the desk, the technician did not care to move it to clean under it he just swept to it I understand you do not move furniture , although the trash bin cmon really ?

Zerorez has been nothing but amazing in working with me! I had a very last minute need and they were able to accommodate me the next day. There was a small problem with the first cleaning but Zerorex immediately came back out, knew exactly what happened, and made my floors look amazing in no time! I love a company that says "we didn't do our best the first time and we will not only make it right, but we will make it more than right!" Everyone was so friendly - excellent customer service! Carpets always look brand new after you are finished!! And there is absolutely no mess involved.
