The young man who provided the service was dressed as a professional and acted like one. Knew the services provided and went about the job competently. The carpets looked great. I am a satisfied, repeat customer.
I had an area in the Master Bedroom where is scratched up the bottom side of my bed but was not bad and possibly some scratches on the side as well. The sides I'm not sure if they were there before and missed those but they are noticable. I was expecting the tile grout lines to come out cleaner than they did after everything was dried. Not sure if when i initially grouted that the grout was darker when mixing it back then. Some of the grout will have to be removed and re-grouted I guess.

My appointment was for 4pm -6pm your technician showed up at 2pm and I was working l planed my day around the 4-6 pm window as I pulled into my driveway at 3:30 to move furniture and vacuum as instructed by your office my wife told me I needed to reschedule my appointment. Zerorez had already stoped by 1& 1/2 hours early as this was going on the doorbell rang and you guy was back. I told him to give me 15-20 min to move furniture and vacuum the first room. So we did not have to reschedule. It is not my fault or my problem that your guy was ahead of schedule my time window was from 4-6 pm.
My time is just as valuable as yours.
Your technician Alex did an outstanding job. Even educated us a bit on various carpets, how they hold up to heavy foot traffic, etc. Very pleased.
