I swear Carly was such an Angel. She took her time and taught me how to get my carpet from having any thing come back up. My carpets look new and they are 6 years old. I like that it is just water making your carpet soft and clean feeling. They protect the corners of your walls. I have used Zerorez for at least 6 years. Many of my family and friends are happy I told them about Zerorez. Thank you Carly and Zerorez
We had to call to get time frame for the service the day before. Carpet very very wet. Still drying.

Should have warned me about buckling. My carpet looked like it had been stretched out everywhere.

The carpets were still wet the next morning. The job was completed at 4 pm. When the tech arrived, he realized he had to empty the dirty water tank and left to do so. I think this added to his time to his schedule so he was rushed in the primary bedroom. There are stains that were not removed.
I have used ZEROREZ before and am always happy with the outcome and service.
The service tech was very nice however he was rushed due to the unplanned full tank.

The service and the way you clean carpets
Service was prompt and efficiently done. I was scheduled for the 12:00-2:00 PM slot but received a call asking if the technician could come earlier. That worked out very well for us!

The carpet technician was very meticulous when inspecting the carpet, and provided options of service that were best for my needs. Extremely courtesy, cleaned up after work was completed. Carly was awesome and if I ever need the service again, I would request her.
Prompt, efficient service. Affordable
Technician was excellent. Not much flexibility considering I left furniture in the bedrooms which meant much less than 250 sq ft cleaned. Wanted area rug cleaned 9X12 estimate was $108!!!?? Bedroom was $43 ??? Probably won’t use them again.
