Carlie was the person who cleaned our carpets, and she was excellent. She went through everything with us before she started. Not only did she do a wonderful job on our carpets, but she was very friendly and had a great attitude. We would highly recommend Carlie and your company.

Your employee was on time and did a great job cleaning our dirty carpet.
When your technician performed the work, the carpets looked good. I had 2 rooms cleaned, and spent about $55 a room for deodorize, but a day later they smelled terrible!!!! It's almost like I need to bring in another carpet cleaning company to fix the smell you have let in my 2 rooms. It smells like wet Fritos!!!! Very disappointed in this job.

Prompt, reliable, professional, courteous and excellent service. I truly thought that my carpet could no longer be cleaned anymore as it was absolutely filthy and horribly worn. However, the technician performed a miracle and I can keep my carpet for a several more years, I am sure. It looks like new!!
Like how it looks and feels afterwards. Whenever I've needed a tech to return for additional spot treatments, they did at no additional charge. I use the powered water in a squirter bottle between carpet cleanings and on my couch.

Our carpets looked great after they were finished. They got stains out that the prior service we used were not able to do. The gentlemen were very polie, upbeat, and professional. We were very impressed. The house smelled wonderful, citrus, not chemical. Great job. Shawn and Paul were awesome.

I like Zerorez because they are efficient, prompt and polite. Also, they use NO harsh chemicals and my carpets are fresh and clean when they're through.
