I like that everything is chemical free.
Brady was very attentive to our needs and listened to my concerns.. He did a good job doing my tile. I would recommend him .
Albeit, at the end of my clean his truck had some mechanical / water leaks.. :( ? Which he handled with his supervisor.

Great job as always.
Carpets were still wet the next day. We had to rent 2 floor fans to dry out. This was the 2nd time using Zerorez with 100% totally different results. Very disappointing for this service. Will not be able to leave a positive review for this services

work was well done and as expected when finished...only problem was that the timing was late...supposed to be between 11:00 and 1:00 and didn't arrive until 12:30...not a huge problem

I am mostly happy with my service. The technician was friendly and helpful. However I specifically asked questions about a room that my dog had peed in. He used the black light told me it just needed a treatment. Well now the room smells TERRIBLE, worse than it did before I had you out.
I am very disappointed that he didn’t recommend a treatment that would handle this.

The floors are still really bad in the bathrooms and around all cabinets.
My 3 bathrooms sre no different then when you came. They are also the least used. 1 is barely ever used. Definitely will not recommend the company..
