Zerorez always does a great job for us!
It's been over 30 hours since the cleaning, and there are still soaking wet spots in our carpet. Also, it took the guy one hour to clean 5 rooms of carpet, and it was $322. I expected a more thorough cleaning for that amount of money. No carpet cleaning is worth $322 an hour.

Mary Jane was able to arrive a little early which was great. She is a pro that worked hard and quickly. She is also personable and enjoyable to talk with. We will ask for her the next time we clean our carpets.

Matthew could not have been more kind and helpful and I was really blown away by it. I just lost my dog a few days ago and needed help with removing the pet stains that occurred right at the end. Matthew was very thorough and transparent about options and costs and could not have been nicer about helping me decide how best to move forward. It is extremely rare to find someone who cares about the customer instead of just the sale, and I will never forget it.
