I love how easy it is to schedule services and I can usually get an appointment right away. I have used zerorez several times and am always pleased with the results. My carpets and furniture are never crunchy and there isnt a strong perfume smell. I am always impressed at how well they can get the dog/kids stains out of my carpet. The company is great at communicating, and they come exactly when they say they will. Staff has always been very friendly. All the pricing is upfront with no surprises after the service. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Come to.find out that I was the first customer outside of the employees homes for the new duct work cleaning training process.
