I have a cream colored sofa that has some linen in it, and the girl who came to clean my sofa was upfront and telling me that the normal process would not work. That we could try dry cleaning, and it worked beautifully! She did a really great job she was upfront And I am very pleased to the way it turned out.
I appreciate the ease of scheduling and the professionalism of the employees I have interacted with. The individuals that have come to my home have been respectful and informative.

Paid extra for protectant but unsure it was actually applied as carpet usually feels a little crunchy when dry but they weren't this time.
Tech smelled strong of cigarette smoke.
Although spotter was used, two spots could still be seen. I was able to use carpet CPR and they came up.
Scott, the tech, was very friendly and explained everything to me before he began. He also answered all my questions in a friendly and easy to understand fashion. I watched the process of the carpet cleaning as it was going on and I am satisfied that the service and techniques was high quality. Scott used a number of tools that I would not have access to.
Staff is very nice to work with. Service is timely and the tech is thorough.
The service was great with our technician. He ended up coming early and notified us promptly. He walked us through his recommendations for the treatment of our carpets since we have animals and were leaving a rental property. The carpets looked great after the service was completed and were dry by the next day! The only thing that was a negative was lights were left on after he left and since we were all moved out of the home they stayed on for about 24 hours. I would use ZeroRez in the future!
