Have been very pleased with each time I have ordered Zerorez service. Zerorez leaves my house (tile and carpet) very clean and looking good.
Your technician, Alan, was very personable and professional. The job was completed quickly and with results surpassing my expectations. The aroma (not odor) was "clean" and very pleasant.

The technicians got my tile cleaner that I expected. It looked brand new. We were thinking about replacing it because the tile was porous and dirt had gotten in and the people that laid the tile did not seal it. The technicians offered to seal it. (I realize at an extra cost, but well worth it!) Now our tile should stay clean for a longer time. The men were so polite and patiently listened when I told them of my concerns about my tile. All the tile and carpet that was cleaned looked brand new!

How fast the areas dried--It was amazing! I thought it would take hours before we could put furniture back, but within 2 hours all areas were dry. I am definitely planning on using you in the future.

My 11 year old carpet came nearly clean. The first time you came about 16 months ago, the tech was actually able to make it even cleaner. I am pleased and everyone says it looks great. Unfortunately the tech put a small hole into my wall on the stairs, but it shouldn't be difficult to repair.
My 2-year old couch looks like new!!! Thank you!!!

Very disappointed in the appearance of the grout on tile floor. Nothing like what your advertisement claims. There was equipment failure causing an almost 2 hour delay until replacement equipment could be delivered to site. Delivery person delivered a turbo that had a work order taped to it and ask the tech to test it. I witnessed the conversation. Tech tested equipment and told delivery person that it worked. By the poor quality of restoration I doubt that the equipment delivered to the site even worked properly. Tech allowed water to stand on floor during the almost 2 hour period that he waited for different equipment. Tech should have checked equipment before he left the Zerorez shop. Tech was very pushy with additional services. Always wanting to "make a deal". I don't like doing business that way. During the 6 hour period that he was here, he talked on his cell phone many many times. It was personal conversations with his wife. He told me that his wife kept calling him. Way too many personal calls; resulted in additional time. Not impressed with the tile and grout cleaning at all. It is a result of poor equipment and a Tech that was interupted repeatedly by personal phone calls. Process also took way too much time!
No disappointment. Pleased with the service. Friendly staff, took care of the job efficiently. Just a little pricey for me.
