The job was done well and in a timely manner. My only question….not so much a complaint BUT i do resent being ASKED if I want to leave a tip. Its up to me to decide to tip for a service, i dont feel I should be ASKED to leave a tip. I did…..giving your tech $20 cash BUT felt almost like I was shamed into it.

I like the way my carpets feel when they dry. They are soft and your feet just sink into them unlike when they are cleaned with a soap it leaves a residue.

We have a lot of residue on our “clean” floors. I have been on my hands and knees to correct this. It’s like I never had the floors cleaned, floors are not high gloss anymore.

My floor tile cleaning was not done well. My grout are still dirty. In some places, it shows clearly grout half cleaned. Not what i was expecting compared to what’s shown on your website for Tile and Grout cleaning
You advertised 3 rooms for $139.00 nothing asked me if I had area rugs or wall to wall carpet so it was a bait and switch. When a deal sounds good it means beware it could change.

I think ZeroRez is a wonderful company. The products used in our carpet cleaning leave no residue and dried quickly.
In the past we have had Zero Rez clean our tile floor and grout and we use them every 12-18 months to clean the carpet. We've always been pleased with the outcome of their work.
I had a lot of lint in the dryer vent that goes through the roof which lead birds to build a new home. Zero Rez sent 4 technicians out to take care of the dryer vent. One technician went on the roof and using a super powerful vacuum blew about 15 years of lint build up out of the vent. No more bird nest, no more lint, clothes dry quicker. Another technician vacuumed the dust and lint that fell onto the rocks, we didn't have to clean up behind them.
One of the technicians recommended while they were here, we get the air ducts cleaned throughout the house. Both my husband and I were hesitant, we felt the air duct cleaning was a "strong arm" sale; plus we had the ducts cleaned by a different company shortly after we moved in and had a bad experience; we did not want to experience that again.
We agreed to go ahead and have the air ducts cleaned - the house is 33 years old, we are not smokers, we take our shoes off, we have no pets; however, we do live in dusty Arizona, enough said. To the credit of the technicians, we were very surprised at the amount of dust that was sucked out of the vents.
In the end my husband and I are very pleased with the work Seth, Trevon, Connor, and Daniel did when they were at our home. The guys were careful about walking on the roof so as not to break any tiles, they were also very careful when inside our home.

We highly recommend Zero Rez for floor, carpet, vent, duct cleaning and will use them again when the time comes.

Have a system, whereby zero carpet areas get actually missed, from being cleaned.
He did a good job except where the carpet touches the tile. He said it was just worn but it is still not clean. It is only two small areas but I was not happy that it is not clean. We didn’t have this problem before when you came.
I appreciate being able to confidently book online. I liked how a person answered the phone and I didn't have to press any numbers to talk to someone. My carpet cleaner looked professional, and explained the process, and was very kind.
