The cleaning element used has a kind of citrus smell. I really like it. The carpet dries very quickly instead of that damp feel the others leave you with. The carpet I had cleaned is in the dining/living-room area and is 12 years old. It now looks brand new and I'm not kidding! I will only call Zerorez in the future.
They really did the job quickly and effectively. The difference in appearance between before and after was phenominal. The guys doing the job were extremely friendly and cooperative, going beyond the call of duty. Will definitely have them back again next season.

CLEANING WITHOUT DETERGENTS IS WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR......VERY HAPPY WITH RESULTS.
Not chemical smell. Dried quickly.
You have too many add on charges. You advertise one price for three rooms, but if the rooms are big you charge more. You charge $25 per urine stain. That is outrageous. And the environmental charge is ludicris. I'd prefer the company be honest and charge a higher flat fee, than have all these hidden fees.
I like that the technicians are very professional in appearance an manner. Also polite. I didn't like the qoute of $385 to treat pet spots in an approx. 6' by 4' area. I would have thought $50 would have taken care of it.
I have already recommended you to others in the past and just did so again today.

This its the second time I have useour d your company. I was very satisfied the first time, but less so this time. I felt the coating to protect was way overpriced and that what was promised was not what was done.
First of all, there are no chemicals. I had used a chemical company for years and was having an allergic reaction from walking around barefoot in my home. After one Zerorez cleaning, the allergic reaction has disappeared. The carpeting is much cleaner, spot cleans beautifully due to the extra coating they spray on it. I am just so very pleased with the whole process and the product. All your staff is helpful and professional.
The technition was friendly and professional. I appreciated the care that was taken with the corner & furniture guards to protect the areas where the hoses run. The carpets cleaned very nicley and look great! I will definitley use Zerorez again in the future.
