For a 1599 Sq ft home with 2-small bedrooms & one large master which all have a substantial amount of furniture covering most of the carpet the rest is tile with 8x11 area rug that he said you normally charge $80.00 only charged us $40.00 which I thought was rediculous for an area rug. The total was 200.00. That ruined my whole weekend when my wife told me that I ended up chewing her out for letting us get charged so much. No I would not recommend you much less use you again. I understand it's a different technology but for the area done it was just to much

The cleaning made my carpet look so much better! The pet stains disappeared! The person who came to clean it was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The carpet is cleaner than the results of any other company has achieved. It is softer, fluffier and most stubborn traffic areas have cleaned very well. I like the way it dried quickly. Your method of cleaning is also free of chemicals for which I am grateful. Now, if you would just add moving of furniture, even a few pieces, I would be so much happier. As an 83-year-old woman who lives alone, that furniture moving was difficult for me. By the way, your technician, Josh, was very efficient, his demonstration of Zerorez water was amazing and he was very polite and solicitous.
Your technician was courteous, customer-focused and most diligent in attendiing to his engagement. The last time we had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez, 3 technicians showed up to do the job. This time only 1, which no doubt accounted for the fact that his arrival for our scheduled appointment time was some 3 1/2 hours late. Perhaps you should consider re-assessing resources required to meet customer committments. We do however, recommend your services and will use Zerorez again in the future. Thank you.

Excellent service and superior results! We have had no other floor cleaner since we purchased our home 9 years ago.
The phone estimate was a great deal lower than what I was quoted when the representative arrived. Almost double. And I still do not understand what the $25.00 specialty fee was for. The young mad who did the cleaning was professional and I thought he did a very good job, but as I said it was almost double what I had been quoted on the phone.
On time. Technician was professional, thorough, diligent in his work and very congenial. Allen Fletcher was his name. My home has never looked so good. I purchased your cleaning products and plan to use them to keep everything looking great.

I had heard the Zerorez ads on the Barry Young Show. Previous carpet cleaners had proven unsuccessful so I contacted Zerorez with reservation. What a nice surprise. Our twenty year old beige carpet is clean and the tile grout looks new. Zerorez was true to its advertizing.
Services were very professional. We were very happy with the results. Your word was kept and returned the next day to correct what was missed. Again, we are very happy with the end result. We will be recommending your company to our children and to our friends. Mr & Mrs Last name removed
They were able to get the spots out (so far, so good) that didn't come out the first time on my area rug. They should put botties on when they are going in and out. In the couple feet of carpet before you get to the area rug there were a couple of dirt spots from their shoes. I was able to get them out myself.
No chemicals. No odor. Technician worked hard to be sure carpet was as clean as it could get.
Unfortunately I already recommended Zeroez. I'm not happy with the appearance of our carpet. We have blotches in the carpet that weren't there before the cleaning. The carpet was not very dirty but we felt it should be cleaned. Now, I'm sorry because we have splotches in the living room that had no stains before the cleaning. I don't know if it is where the protector was sprayed or what BUT.................I'm not happy with the appearance of the carpet and unfortunately will not recommend in the future.
Going green.
The workers were professional and informed us of what they will be doing and demonstrated a small area of what the equipment can do. The workers were not in hurry, but took their time to explain what they would be doing and note the areas that would take extra effort to clean--the high traffic area. At the completion of their work, it was notable the cleaning of the carpet. I have used Zerorez before and I will solicit their services again and will recommend them to others, which I've already done. Thank you greatly for doing a fantastic job on our carpet.
Just about everything. Rugs and carpets stay clean longer.
Did not remove most of the stains in our carpets. Most are still present. Would like better results for $200.
