Your employee, I believe his name is Tobias was very personable, knowledgeble and explained the product and process very well even though we knew all about it from listening to Danny Davis. Our carpet looks cleaner than it ever looked from other cleaning companies even though it is white and is 7 years old.
The summer special made the cost of the service more attractive. Isaac was very thorough and professional. He demonstrated the difference between the dirty and the freshly cleaned carpet--what a remarkable difference!
Just a bit of awkward communication: we have used Zerorez several times and I thought there were notes on our account regarding picking up a key and when our business closes etc. I got a confirmation email with a date but no start time...It got figured out after a few phone calls. A few days later we called to ask if Zerorez could clean our vinyl tiles, and they don't (which is fine) so they recommended someone who could. When the gentlemen showed up to clean our carpets he wasn't sure whether or not he was supposed to clean our tile (he wasn't). Not anything that affected the cleaning of the carpets or the out come of the project, just extra work to get it scheduled.
I have 3 areas in one room that were more soiled. I pointed them out to the tech but they are still quite noticeable. I am not available until Fri, Aug 31 to discuss further. Also my receipt says $133 was charged me but I was told $173 and paid that by check. I do want clarification on that. Please contact me Sept 1 anytime at Phone number removed. Thank you. Name removed

Timely and honest service. Everything was upfront with no hidden fees. Our technician Daniel did not try to pressure or upsell us and rather let us make the decision on our own for any add-ons. My biggest compliment to Daniel is that I have never in my life seen any carpet cleaner take the time to actually get down on his hands and knees and try to "sniff out" any pet odors. Nobody does that! Thank goodness for us there were not any to be found. Everyone just likes to just sell you an expensive pre-treatment and not even take any initiative. Daniel was courteous, informative and got the job done. Excellent service and excellent follow-up by the office.
