The whole experience was very professional. Great communication form the person who made the appointment to the tech, Joe. Joe was in constant communication with me since I was not able to be there for most of the time, keeping me informed as to what he was doing and how the tile and carpet were responding to the cleaning. I felt that the guys that showed up were professionals. They were clean cut, and a good representation of a good company. The cleanliness of my carpet and upholstery exceeded my furthest expectations. Soap from previous cleaning was pulled out and evident by the foam created from the high pressure jets. There was no cleaning smell and my carpets where dry in a couple of hours. The service tech was very cordial and explained the
process to me again. He was neat and covered areas so as not to do any damage to my furniture, walls or area rugs. Thank you.

Everything turned out wonderfully! The time spent was fantastic. Less than 2 hrs for my entire upstairs and stairs. I will definitely call in the future for my cleaning needs!

The results were obvious immediately. The product strengths were explained to me. Over time I will see just how effective the product is~~if the carpet stains return or if ZEROREZ actually removed the soap residual that was attracting the dirt. The carpet protector was sprayed on two rooms, but not the stairs, study or hallway, so I will see if it makes a difference. The grout protector was sprayed on from a distance covering tile as well~I would have preferred it sprayed closer to grout for a more concentrated protection. The carpet price was reasonable. The tile price was expensive & that is why I hesitate to recommend it to friends. I thought the employees worked as a crew, but we had an individual, so it too longer. He represents your company well. Thank you

What I was led to believe about the cost did not turn out to be true. I thought I was taking advantage of the 3 rooms for $129.00. I explained on the phone that I have only 2 rooms and much of the floor is covered with furniture so it won't take the technician very long. But I was thinking that $129.00 was ok. I just said this in order to be helpful about the schedule for the technician. But I was asked, "Do you have any area rugs to be cleaned to make it worth your while?" I expected this to mean that I could get my two area rugs cleaned within the $129.00. Afterall, he would clean them on the carpet - decreasing the amount of carpet to be cleaned by even more space. But I was charged for each room and for each area rug - increasing the total cost substantially. The problem might be the person who answers the phone. She seemed easily confused - got the date and time wrong in one call; changed the time in the confirmation call causing me to change my Saturday morning plans. I can't help believe it was deliberate to mislead me about what I would get for $129.00.

This is not the first time I have used Zerorez, and it won't be the last. The carpets look wonderful. It's a green product which I like, and the end results have always been great. I have no problem recommending their service.

I was very happy with the service. The only issue I had was the added costs the tech was upfront about the costs but I was deferring to his expertise. Overall I was expecting a total of 350-400. Before the tech arrived 650 seems a bit high again the costs were given to me beforehand. So ultimately I am responsible, but I have to say there was some sticker shock

Price is good. I like not having "gunk" left on my carpet. Service is always very good.

The service I received from your technician was outstanding. He was on time and very
personable. I have already recommended your company to five of my friends and told them to request Alan. What I like most about your products is there is no soap residue left behind
to attract future dirt. All of the stains in my carpet are gone. It not only looks cleaner but feels cleaner. I'm looking forward to having my tile next month.

Clean carpets with quick drying time! With little boys who like to "skate" on wet carpet, the quick dry time is very important.
