On the overall the carpet turned out very good, however, some of the walk paths still showed as if it needed additional cleaning.

Priceing as opposed to ad
I liked your promptness on the job, neatness covering corners so hoses did not damage woodwork and walls and the work was well done.
My tech was very careful in cleaning my carpets and took extra time doing the extra dirty spots.
I bought some of the bottled water and have used it a couple of times and so far I'm impressed.

The ad said three ROOMS for $129.00. Nothing was said in the ad about the size of the rooms or the fact that a room could have a large rug instead of carpet costing extra. Very deceiving.

The Zerorez process which uses pH conditioned water does not introduce any detergents in to the carpet. The technician that cam to our house not only cleaned our carpets, but also removed detergent residue left by the previous owner's attempt to clean the carpet.
The customer service....you have definitely raised the bar in your business. No other company has been a good as yours. They all could take lessons.
The tech was professional and very friendly. He made sure that everything was explained and I was impressed when we had to move furniture over where he has cleaned, that he had "risers" for the legs of the couch to protect the carpet from the wooden legs.
He also took the time to explain about your product and how it works as well as being enviormentally safe.
Everything was great! Joe R. called when he was a few minutes away. When he got here, he introduced himself. He was very pleasent and informative. He was very efficent and did all the rooms and even did our recliners (thay were over 11 years old). They and the carpets looked like new. We will recommend you to all our friends and family. The staff at Zerorez, both in the office and in our home, was very customer service oriented and professional! I was most impressed by the process used to clean our carpets; there was no continued wetness for days or odor. (In the past, we've had our carpets cleaned, and for days you can smell the pet stains and other odors that were extracted until the carpet dried completely.) Our carpets have never looked so good! We are VERY pleased with our experience.

I am happy with the carpet cleaning, but my wood floors still seem dirty & there seemed to be a film left on the floor in some areas.
I have to wait and see how my carpet looks in a month.
