WE HAD NEW TILE FLOORS INSTALL THRUOUT ARE HOME EVERY WERE. WHEN ALBERT GUTIERREZ WAS DONE ALL OF THE FLOORS WERE SPOT LESS CLEAN AND NO GROUT SAND FELL WAS LEFT. ALBERT TOOK THE TIME TO DO A PERFECT JOB. ON TIME VERY CLEAN FLOORS AND ALBERT CLEAN UP WHEN HE WAS LEAVING HE DID EVERY THING I ASK FOR AND MORE.

This was a redo and the carpet looks like new. I appreciate that zerorez made good and came back to do a redo.

It was fast, quick, and cleaned better than any other carpet cleaning company I have ever used. There was no "up-selling" heavy pressure to purchase additional products to make the carpets look and feel better. I loved that. My technician was very professional. He showed us a before and after and did a fabulous job! I will definitely call Zerorez again!

You're people are fantastic, very nice and polite. We have tried Zerorez twice and both times have been disappointed. Our home doesn't really have the fresh carpet clean smell and last time it took 3days for our carpet to dry. After trying you twice, we feel your company is not for us. The last time we submitted feedback and got no response as to why it took so long for our carpet to dry, we won't expect anything this time either but know that we will not be using you again and will not recommend or refer you to any of our friends and family.

My carpet comes out almost like new every time!!!!

Even on pet stains

The first time I uesed you the work was awesome. This last time, I wasn't arround and who knows if the guy did anything. I couldn't tell. It looked worse after than before. The grout had a white crap all in it.
He showed up after 6 p.m. It was a Friday night and since I wasn't hanging around to watch, it looks as if he just sprayed crap all over the tile and carpet and left. Everything still looked the same as far as the condition. The only difference was the smell and their is now white crap up in my grout.

Chemical free. Our technician, Norm was very nice and did a fantastic job. Our carpets look brand new!

We had our tile cleaned and they turned out very nice except after the tile and grout completely dried I noticed that the tile was beautiful and clean but the grout is still dirty. Maybe the machine you use doesn't clean grout. I should have asked when I made the appointment. I was just assuming that the grout gets cleaned along with the tile. I will have to call someone to come clean our grout or clean it myself but I paid extra to get the grout sealed. Is the grout suppose to come clean with your tile cleaning? Just so I know for future use. Would love to hear back. Thank you. Name removed

Friendly and unobtrusive service. Because of my particular house layout I didn't need everything that the "deal" offered. So the tech made the decision to help even out the cost and service and did a great job! We couldn't be happier with the work that was done. Thank you very much.
