The true test will be what the treated areas look like in six months. To this point I am very pleased with Matt the technician and the overall appearance of my carpets.

Honestly it was the customer service I received before and after my appointment that leaves me a little leery to refer my friends and family. I scheduled my appointment via the internet, but heard nothing for several days, so I called after 2 days to confirm that I actually had an appointment. Although I got what I needed, the customer service was not the greatest. The technicians were GREAT and we are honestly happy with the carpets, but we were overcharged by $43.00 so I responded via email to my receipt that we had been overcharged, but again I heard nothing for several days. I finally heard from "Rae" on Tuesday morning and she left me a message. When I called back around noon on Tuesdays the lady who answered was less than friendly especially because I didn't know who left the message, however she said everyone was out to lunch anyway so she would find out who called and have them call me back. I did not get a call back. I called again on Wednesday afternoon (around the same time) after I had re-listened to my message and asked to speak to Rae and after holding for several minutes I was informed she was unavailable. So I requested that the lady who answered the phone just pull up my account and notate that the refund check that I would be receiving could be mailed to the address on Boca Raton, no problem, and who it was to be made out to was either myself or Mr. Last name removed, who had paid for the service on his credit card either way was fine. After several attempted calls I had spent enough time trying to track someone down. I was in customer service for many years and I'm guessing that my expectations are probably pretty high in comparison to the average person, however, take it for what it's worth. Your product is good, your customer service could use some work. Thanks for asking.

Nobody cleans carpet like Zerorez! I wouldn't use any other. My carpet looks and feels better than when it was new.

The drying time and Ryan was very attentive and thorough.

You guys did an excellent job, but your pricing is high

Carpet is clean, but doesn't seem to be any cleaner than it was with other carpet cleaning companies, and Zerorez charges considerably more than other companies I've used. Contrary to the "no crunch" feeling of the carpet (which Zerorez advertises and says is due to the use of Empowered Water), there is a crunch on some areas of the carpet. Also, excessive sales pitch to buy other items ... more $$ to treat pet and other stains, carpet protectant ($50), and Empowered Water ($49 for 3 gallons!!).... on top of higher charges for cleaning. Wonder what is behind the $14 environmental charge. At one point our technician said the truck was full and he asked where our sewer cap was; not sure if he used it or not. What Zerorez did right ... charges were clearly described during the phone conversation to schedule an appointment; technician was friendly, efficient, and thorough. Carpet looks very clean (am hoping it lasts).

The pet treatment seemed to work wonders. There was no urine smell as carpets were cleaned/dried like we've experienced in the past.
