Didn't have a funny smell afterwards.
I was not happy with the way the traffic areas turned out. Your company advertises" do not buy new carpet, we will make your old carpet look like new" The carpet does not look any better than when I do it myself.
The product is a MIRACLE ! It cleaned my grout on kitchen and bathroom tile ! No other product did that. My carpets look brand new again after the cleaning. It seemed to bring the color out again in the carpet. The gentleman that came out to clean was so friendly, so professional and knowledgable about the product.
I know it is hard to get dog urine out completely, but I have seem it done.
The technician (Jeff, I believe) was very professional and thorough. Our carpets look fantastic!

Both, carpet and tile floor look like new, I had been very skeptical about having the tile clean because I had another company before and the floor did not look clean at all.
