The technology and the people - the service tech was professional and top notch.
The technician was courtous and professional and did a excellent job cleaning the carpet. The only issue is the technician was a little careless during the cleaning process resulting in damage to the paint and wallboard on the stairway.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!! I am so happy I contacted Zerorez to clean my tile floors @ my home. I was absolutely AMAZED @ how well the job was performed & the highly friendly persons who did the job & how thorough a job they did w/special attention around all the corners & protecting my cabinetry, etc. My tile has never looked this clean since we had it installed over 10 years ago. I have recommended Zerorez since my first cleaning. 2 dogs that sleep in our bedroom and our carpets look almost new again after they are cleaned. It smells so fresh.
Techs seemed to be very knowledgeable of the company and products they used, very professional, very organized one knew the others moves, sync, in and out cleaned up my tile floor from one room to another HIGHLY recommend Zerorez, only thing that I was surprised @ was additional cost to come back, say for tough stains, urine if came back, 25.00spot my home additional 875.00 I could buy new carpet 3-4 times for less then that, I think the down to substrate should be done as part of the process
I tracked several lovely globs of black grease onto my carpet and the technicians who cleaned my carpet erased every speck of grease from the carpet and left the entire carpeted area of my house clean and fresh. I will most certainly continue to recommend Zerorez to all my friends who need usual and the unusual carpet situations cleaned.

It's simply water.
My living room carpet looks clean and feels clean and I am very satisfied with that. However, in the bedrooms, in the high traffic areas, your company did not clean it as well as I had hoped and I am a bit disappointed. Perhaps the carpet hadn't been cleaned well the past.
This is the second time your company cleaned the carpets for me. Both times yuor employees were great, friendly, knowledgeable and hard workers.

You redid my carpets.. The first time was horrible and if you hadn't been out to my house about a year ago I wouldn't not have called you back and made sure everyone knew that you were a horrible carpet cleaner and your personnel was rude/angry. However I knew from a year ago that you guys do an amazing job and it lasts way longer then anyone else I have ever had out here (which I have had a lot of companies out here)I recommend you guys to everyone. Thank you so much for coming back out and redoing the horrible job the first person (from your company) did and sending a new guy not the same one back out. The second man I forget his name was really nice too. Same experience I had almost a year ago.
When we requested a certain technician, Troy, that request was filled. I like being called and told the technician will be there in 30 minutes. Troy was on time, did an excellent job, was polite, and efficient. Our carpets dried quickly and looked great.
The carpets where extremely bright and clean afterwards. Not all stains came out, which I assumed (carpet was heavily soiled) but none of the old stains came back after a week!! Definitely recommend

I would recommend Zerorez to friends with confidence regarding the products and quality, however, I would caution my friends regarding the actual prices for the cleaning. I was quoted around $800 for carpet cleaning, tile and grout sealing (grout sealer was forgotten and they had to go get it), granite counter top cleaning and sealing, couch, chair and rug cleaning. We paid $1,500 and that didn't not include the couch, chair or rug. Due to huge price discrepancy could get all the work done. During my initial call I had given the square footage of the house so I'm not sure why the cost was almost double. I'm very sad about this as I have heard such great things about Zerorez and while I would use them again, I would want someone to come to my home for an accurate price quote. Chad and Brian were great!
