Our appointment was confirmed as expected, the technician arrived within the window stated, he exlpained things clearly, worked efficiently and was very professional.
You performed satisfactorily. I just don't understand how my hallway "grew" between visits. Either your technician was wrong in the past or your technician was wrong in the present.
Great Results
The carpet was cleaned the way I expected. He pre-treated it and then cleaned it in two directions. It was not soaking wet when finished.
I am sensitive to chemicals and for a short period of time I did not like the smell of something. That did not last long but was almost an issue.
I definitely will use the service again and have all ready scheduled my son's house to be cleaned.
The gentleman who cleaned the carpets was helpful and informative.
To add to this our carpet is 16 years old and when completed and dried looked like new.

The carpets came out beautifully, they are cleaner now than when we moved into our rental home. Our home now feels, and is, clean and bright! Your technician was wonderful, kind, and informative. Good friendly service.
Employees are efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. The cleaning process was terrific - no fumes to deal with for days after the cleaning. Your technician was delightful - crisp and clean - even when he was sweating profusely - and he knew exactly what he was doing. The process was to the point and was finished in much less time than previous companies. And, my carpets have stayed clean! No old residue coming out after they dried. I will definitely use you again and have already recommended you to a friend.
The carpet cleaning results were nothing short of amazing. Our carpeting is a very light color and we were thinking of taking it out because there were always dark spots remaining after they were cleaned, even though they are only about five years old. When Andrew finished, the carpets looked better than they had in years! I couldn't be more pleased.
