I like the idea of not using chemicals. I do have a question...there was a heavy chlorine smell when my technician left after cleaning tile. I was not comfortable with that. Can you explain that to me?

Carpet was still wet after 6+ hours. Carpet was also rough feeling when it was finally dry the next day. Expected more for what we paid. Would not recommend your company to anyone else.

Professional Staff. Showed up on time. Accurately described what to expect from the cleaning, and what could and could not be fully cleaned. The floors felt incredibly dry just minutes after cleaning. That is nice compared to other cleaners that feel like a swamp was left behind. Very quick and efficient work.

Do not know if he did a pre-treatment on the traffic areas. Our carpet was only a year old so not sure how to compare the result.
The gentlemen you sent out were top notch. They were polite, on time, and very professional. As far as the cleaning goes... I expected a clean and fresh smell. Unfortunately, I did not get results I hoped for in a deep clean.
The carpets got cleaned however, when "I" pointed out that a spot didn't come out, the fella said that he tried various things to get it out and that I probably used a spot cleaner on it and that's why it didn't come out. FYI, I didn't use a spot cleaner. Second, after he left, I noticed two other spots that didn't come out. I would have thought that he would have pointed these issues out to me before he left. The only reason why I tried Zeroez was because of the special you had going and to see how you compared to my current carpet cleaner. I have to say that my carpet cleaner always went above and beyond the call of duty to get tough spots out and never hide the fact that his job was less than perfection. Well, I gave you guys a try and I'm sorry I can't give you kudos. Bummer.
There was a major change in the appearance of our carpets after cleaning. More so than with other cleaning companies. We also appreciated the advice of the technicians as to how we can mainatain this condition.

My sofa did not have the dirt removed from the front of my couch. I felt that more explanation and testing of the hard areas could of been done. I think it was expensive for what was done. I am satisfied with the carpets thus far.

First of all your technician arrived promptly and was so very professionally groomed and dressed. I liked that. Secondly, he got right to work and was efficient. Thirdly, I was simply amazed by the cleaning results. This particular home was one I've rented for two years and when I moved in there were noticeable stains STILL in the carpet after having been cleaned. A year later I had them cleaned yet again and STILL there were visible stains. This time...ALL WAS GONE! Lucky new tenants have the benefit of ZEROREZ-ified carpets. I was sure to tell them and the property management company that they need to just use ZEROREZ from now on.
No soap is ised.
