My wife and I like the fact that Zerorez does not use any foreign chemicals; the cleaning process is non-toxic.

My carpets were white when I moved into the home about 16 years ago. I had them cleaned periodically, but was never particularly motivated to have them cleaned, because it was expensive and they never looked like they had been cleaned. After not having them cleaned for about two years, and hearing the commercials on the radio, I thought I would give your company a try. My carpets are white. It has been a week and they still look just-cleaned. The two young men who did the job were nice and professional. I am very impressed.Laura
We have one room in the house that we just moved into that we paid extra to treat the room for possible pet urine and the treatment did work very well. I honestly don't know if enough treatment was applied to get done to the pad. After paying $40 and 25 in extra treatments on top of the original cost for the room I hoped it would work better. Mason was very professional and a pleasure to have at the house. the rest of the house looks great.

This is our second time to use Zerorez and the carpets look and smell great! I love that they don't use soap and the carpets are dry within just a few hours. Our technician was very knowledgeable about his service and the products he was using. He was polite and friendly! We love Zerorez and won't use anyone else on our carpets! See you next year!

What I would have liked was items to go under furniture that was moved back into place while carpet was still damp. We used ziploc baggies. There are products that other carpet cleaners use--and I would suggest that your company secure these or similar items.

I think you should explain (explicitly), that what you use is not simply "high-Ph water" and power.....Apparently, your "solution" (which, my understanding after digging deeper about the specifics from credible sources, is the "Primacide B fluid", of which the active ingredient is Sodium Hydroxide....perhaps that is what caused our carpet to turn brown or rust colored when plain water comes in contact with it -- post cleaning??
We recently had Zerores clean our carpets. I will share that the serviceman who came was a very friendly, professional and was a hard worker. He did not do a "rush job". I was impressed with his service, as well as how "fresh", bright and clean our carpets looked (we only had two rooms down - both with off-white carpeting) right after he was done.
A few days later, our very small 7-lb dog had a super very tiny "spit up" accident on the rug (which basically just sat atop of the carpet hairs and was easy enough to "lift" off with a paper towel. Still, because we wanted to ensure that we lifted any bit of it, as we would in the past, and knowing not to use any soap, we pour just plain clear tap water on that tiny (about 1 inch big) spot, as well as around a bit larger of a circumference. We took a clean, cotton, white hand towel and then firmly pressed to absorb the water. It looked fine - just wet - for quite a while...until it started to dry. At that point, the entire area that we had wet with the plain water was a tea-color stain
My husband then saw it before I could explain what happened, and and thinking maybe someone spilled something, he then repeated the water process....he poured just plain, clear tap water on the now on the tea-colored stain area, then also beyond that circumference. He patted it down to absorb the water. It looked fine. Then, when THAT dried, the same thing happened...but the stain was even bigger! It left an even LARGER tea-colored stain! Basically, where ever the plain water was put onto the carpet, there were tea/rust-colored stains appearing! This has NEVER happened to us in the past. IN the past, this is ALWAYS how we blotted up any spills of any kind and it always worked beautifully - no after staining or evidence of any issue. So, the real test to this was when my son spilled a half glass of water on the rug.....this time, we simply blotted it up with a clean, white cotton towel. It looked fine (while wet!) Then, as it dried, the same tea/rust-colored stain started appearing!! What is going on??
So, I called ZeroRes and told them what happened and asked if the "Plain high-level PH water" they use could possibly create a chemical reaction to our carpet, but they swore NOT and told me that after they clean, the carpet is neutralized as the air hits it anyway. I can assure you that this is NOT the case....I made an appt for them to come and clearn up the spot (of course for a charge), but we can't live with the carpet if this is going to continue to happen. I will talk to ZeroRes more about this and I do hope that they will take responsibility for this. The other room that we had cleaned was in my office. I work in there with children, and only allow them to bring water to drink (no sticky or colored drinks). I'm afraid of what I may see happen in there if any of those kids spill water on THAT carpet!! ZeroRes has ruined our carpets! I do hope that one of your managers call me! I see that there have been complaints about your company in the past, but I hope this can get resolved! I don't know WHAT (if anything) can be done to "undo" your treatment that is causing this, but if not, please replace these carpets!!! I will wait to hear back from you before filing any kind of formal complaint. Please contact us asap! thank you!

My carpets are very spotty. It looks like its wet in some spots. It almost looks like bleach was used . Our carpet is less than teo years old .

There was one area in front on my coach that still has a pretty good size spot that looks dirty like maybe they missed it. But also I feel for the price I paid that my whole house should have been done. And I think I got convinced to buy the carpet protection package when I didn't need it and that added an additional $100.00 to my bill that I wasn't aware it would cost that much for scotch guard.
The technicians were early (which was great for me), they did a wonderful job, they were very friendly, courteous and professional, and they took great care in ensuring that safety precautions were put in place to prevent damage to walls/doorways and cleaned up any residue left on the hardwood and vinyl floors.
Last time did a fabulous job, this time area around desks one can still see the outline of the plastic mats for the desk chairs. I emailed a request for a call back and have not heard anything, yet. They need to touch up a couple of areas. Tile was great. Last year was great. Not sure why the dirt did not all come out this time. My only beef, other then that I do tell every one that asks that Zero Rez is great.
