Carpet was thoroughly cleaned.

I have used Zerorez twice not , but the first time was a better cleaning of the tile than this last time. I realize it was the end of the day and they were late from the previous job, but Andrew did a better job than the two person cleaning crew this last time. More than one spot was missed on the tile. Name removed

Good service from the initial call until the techs had completed the work. I was informed the entire way of when they would arrive, which made scheduling my day much easier. The end result was outstanding, the carpet looked great and newer looking than before.

Scheduling is a problem!

Great, friendly service. Kept us updated on appointment time. Carpets look and feel awesome and soft. Dried in no time at all.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. The technician, Josh, was prompt and very pleasant. My carpet and tile were very dirty and came very clean. I thought the price was very competitive as well. I like that my carpet doesn't feel crunchy with soap residue.

I wasn't all that impressed with the job it did. I've seen others and done it myself and it was a little better than most.

Sadly this last time our family room carpet was not cleaned very well. The spot treatment was not sufficient on a light stain. Within in a half hour after the technican left the light stain reappeared to our disappointment.
The previous time the technician not only spot treat the area, he continued with the hot steam over the entire area many times until there was no residue left.

I am hesitant to have someone come out and retreat the carpet, but have set up an appointment. I can only hope that the second time around will sufice and that I can continue to recommened it to my friends of which I have done previously.
