We had a great experience with your company. We built our home over 12 years ago and had upgraded carpet installed, which we hoped would stand the test of time. When it came time to get our carpets cleaned we asked around for a recommendation, but everyone we talked to said that their carpets were dirtier after getting a "professional" cleaning. So we continued to spot treat any mishaps and invested in an expensive high powered vacuum to care for our carpets. We did this for 12 plus years until hearing an ad on the radio for zerorez. The descriptions given about the process used intrigued me and I finally felt comfortable with trusting someone to clean the carpets the right way. I was not disappointed. 200 degree water and the power of a truck engine were just the right recipe to clean our carrots beautifully. Even one room where our puppy had some accidents is now visibly clean! I highly recommend Zerorez, they are THE best at what they do.
The young men who came to my house were on time and very professional. My carpet looks great! They got all the stains out and I couldn't be happier!

The stains do not reappear a month after the cleaning, and your staff members are very knowledgeable about the product.
My reasonable $120 carpet cleaning quickly turned into a $358 extravaganza. The tech was polite and helpful, but I didn't see triple the work for the upgrades. Yes, I added a 4th bedroom, but the spraying for pet in all the rooms and protection in one room seemed high. I was over a barrel and agreed to pay the extra.
If your upgrades seemed reasonable, I would score you higher.

I really like the fact that you don't use harsh chemicals and I am crazy about the Empowered Cleaning Fluid. Keith Kielholst, my service technician, gave me a spray bottle and cloth and told me to try it on my window that was so dirty. I went nuts cleaning the window (which was streakless after using the cleaner), my stainless steel refrig., stove top (which was so gunked up and I didn't know it) and numerous other areas. Naturally I bought the stuff. I told my neighbor about it, she tried it and love it too.
The way it cleans everything
the cushions on my dining room chairs were old and very dirty, they look brand new. You did a wonderful job on my carpets and Indian Rugs. Very pleased with everything.
The carpet cleaned very well, the only thing I didn't like, there were several spots that I cleaned after they left and there are still dark areas around baseboards. Over all the product was good.
