Reliable, clean and neat technicians come to the house and they are very courteous in all ways. The job is done & I feel like it is the best way to clean carpets because I have tried other types of cleaning and they do not work.
Casey was very professional, and did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. A little thing, we had just had our home's interior painted the week before and I was concerned about the hoses damaging the newly painted corners and trim --- and then Casey came in with the corner protectors which he placed on all the exposed areas -- I was impressed! Thank you!

Everyone I talked at Zerorez was very professional and courteous, especially Tyler, the technician who performed the carpet/tile cleaning in my home. Tyler explained the process of cleaning carpet without leaving "dirt attracting residue" behind. He also informed me that he could seal the carpet fibers and tile grout so they would resist staining from spills or accidents. He also let me try out a bottle of the cleaning solution on my windows, and I was amazed when there weren't any streaks left behind! :) Tyler didn't pressure me to purchase these services/products, but I couldn't resist...
