I was excited about using your service because of the things I've heard about the process you use. I was looking forward to talking with the technician so I could better understand the process and possibly look into using you for more cleaning (tile, furniture, etc.) When the technician arrived, it was the same old story one gets with other companies - a hard pitch to upsell additional services. Very disappointing, considering the tone of your ads.
I love the fresh smell, and the friendly staff. I also loved how the service man went the extra mile and cleaned a little off my front mat.
Tech was very nice, professional. Tried to sell more but didn't make me feel uncomfortable when I said no. Carpet looks and feels so much better.

Techs did not clean residue left on the tile. We still are unable to take the residue off after several cleaning.
No chemicals
It's green. No harsh chemicals.
The technician was polite and on time. He explained exactly what he was going to do and performed his task with energy and a smile. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give him a 10+. I was very impressed how well your process works and appreciate the lack of chemicals. Our carpet is eight years old and looks nearly new again. Thanks Zeorrez!

The product works, our carpets look awesome. The rep who cleaned them was polite, professional and did a wonderful job.
