The service is extraordinary. The technicians are courteous and helpful. The fact that there are no chemicals is the basic reason I call zerorez when I need carpet or tile cleaning.

I like the non-chemical approach and the caution the technician took protecting the walls and corners of the house.
Did not clean all the grout against the walls. There were some tile grout spots missed. Carpet was kinda stiff.
