You cleaned my whole house and my carpet that is 10 years old looks new again! With 8 people in one house, I was thrilled with the results. I was so impressed I had you come out and clean my mother's condo carpeting and tile. Once again, I was amazed what a fantastic job you did! I will recommend you to everyone I know!

I know that I signed a form saying the smell may not be completely gone but for $230 I would expect better results. My carpets were "crunchy" going against the zero residue. I can fine several companies offering coupons and deals for much less. I regret spending the money for mediocre results.

The technician was very thorough and polite and a great representative of your company. For the most part, all stains were removed. We do still have a few in one room. Do you come back and retreat? I have recommended your services to a friend already.
Be completely up front about your pricing when scheduling.
The technician was very slow and appeared to be inexperienced and with the amount of tile we had it took awhile. Once he got going it was better but he did miss a few spots as he went along and we felt like we had to watch him. We were disappointed with how our counter top tile came out and he didn't warn us ahead of time at how messy it was going to be - we weren't prepared for water to fly everywhere and get all over the cabinets and appliances -not having done this before - and I'm not sure if had done that before.
The Zerorez associate was courteous, hardworking and thorough. He worked closely with myself and the lady who was cleaning the kitchen and bathroom area.
The idea that there was no residual chemical smell and that the carpets were not saturated when cleaning was complete. Also they called ahead and the technician was very nice and did a thorough job. My carpets and tile look like new!! Loved the service and will definitely use again! I have already recommended the service to friends!

The technicans were very friendly and explained the difference in different spots (whether it was from something our dog ate and threw up. I never thought of that. Anyway, I am throughly pleased and will be giving you a call for the one room we have left). Thanks again.

I wasn't aware that the carpet would feel "crunchy" after cleaning and that it would take so long to dry. It took over 10 hours to dry. I also was told the area rug by the front door was "thrown in" with the price, I was charged for cleaning it and it was not given a protection treatment like the other carpets. That is the area rug inside the front door. The area rug is only 4'x4'.
Can not say enough about your products or services. Our tech Jonathon was so professional, curteous and polite. Also so knowledgeable about the products as well as using them. He did such a fantastic job making our carpeting look like new, even better than new. Would never use another company for any of our cleaning needs. Everyone we were in contact with could not have been more polite and/or courteous.
The technician that came out was very knowledgeable, nice to look at too (said my granddaughter) and was very friendly. After completing the work he asked me to check his work and he answered all my questions about your product. I especially liked the fact that there was no odor and our carpets are so soft now. Your email is very COMBATIVE. It sets the homeowner into a defensive posture. I was ready to tell the tech to leave after reading the email. It turns out the price quoted was correct. However, it appeared that they were TRYING to find ways to INCREASE the charges.

because of my schedule, I had to move my appointment twice, the phone reps were polite and courteous. when the rep showed up at my house, he was professional, polite and cleanly dressed. I explained to the rep that I only had one room to clean because furniture was being deliver the following weekend, he replied "I feel bad for charging you the minimum ($150) just to clean one room so he offered to clean my office as well, did an excellent job, even removing a stain that a previous cleaning company couldn't get out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Your technician did a good job and I like your method of using low Ph water instead of heavy chemicals. The carpet stays clean longer.
