Efficient great results professional service
I thought the customer service was very good. The appointment was kept in a timely manner, and the staff kept me informed and followed up with phone calls. The process and cleaning of the carpet was very good as wee. The process does not leave the carpet wet for long and there was no inconvenience for our family. I must especially commend the excellent work by technician Jeffrey Klaus. He went above and beyond to satisfy my needs and requests. He paid attention to make sure the process was clean and did not get any dirt inside my house. He wore booties and he was so personally clean and professional. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. I am a very satisfied customer.
Pleasant and polite young man did my carpets and kitchen floor. I was very impressed with the results. The house smelled better almost immediately. It did take a little longer than I expected for the carpets to be dry enough to move my furniture in.

The carpets it really clean and u didn't have to use any strong chemicals with strong perfumes or chemical smells. The technician was so nice courteous and friendly and he worked really hard to do a good job. Also I loved how the price was exactly what u told me and u didn't start adding a bunch of other charges or try to sell me more than what I wanted. Thank you!!!

Everyone is very professional. It is very convenient that you get a confirmation call two days prior to your appointment with a two hour window and it is incredible to be called 20 minutes before arrival. I am so impressed with Zerorez!!!!

We would like you to know that we enjoyed working with Brian. Our carpets look brand new and the chairs and couch look amazing. Brian did a great job and was very courteous and extremely professional. We will pass his name along for any of our friends and family that may need their carpets or upholstery cleaned. The one complaint we do have are your prices. They are a little bit too high

cleaned the tile floors great and the older carpets came out better then what I expected.
YOUR PRODUCTS WORK WONDERFULLY AND YOUR SERVICES ARE TERRIFIC.
Make sure you find out what is being cleaned so you can give a better estimate. I was planning on paying the advertised price and it cost me 50% more because the entry/walkway is considered a hall.

No strong cleaning solution odors...and it worked. Very impressed.
charged me 295 80 extra for special treatment for pet urine in 2 rooms and it did not help the oder at all I think you charged to much and if you cant remove the oder then tell me so and I can make a decision then. I got water and vinager solution and scrubed the carpet and the smell is no longer there so I wasted $300 on this service and got nothing.The tech did have me sign a waver stating urine is hard to remove from carpet so I guess this covers you butt I think he up sold me knowing it would not do anything.
It dries very fast!
Carpet took over twenty four hours to dry and it feels hard. Customer service stated they would call back this week to reschedule a re clean appointment. It's Thursday and I have t been contacted
our technician was very polite and a very hard worker. Our carpet was dirty and he stayed with it until it was clean. We really liked that our house didn't smell like chemicals and the carpet dried soft andcushy. Thanks
