Your radio ads are very misleading. Expected extra for some spot cleaning but an 8" x 8" area? Also expected something closer price wise to your advertised 129.00 for 3 rooms. And the hard surface is about 50% of what I expected.

You guys cleaned my tile under the three rooms special. I have lived in this home for almost 8 years and this is the first time I have had the tile professionally cleaned. My grout lines are amazingly clean--almost new looking. Your technician, Tyler Wahl, was so polite, so professional, so gracious and he explained the process very well. He explained the "empowered water" to me. As we were talking and I asked him where he was from, he told me that he had served in the armed forces and had just moved to Phoenix in the last few months. So, I want to thank you for hiring our service men (and women) who have given much to our country. (FYI--I heard about zerorez on KNIX in Phoenix.

The technician was excellent. The floors and rugs are clean to our satisfaction. The cost for the rugs was too high.
I didn't get my 15 minute warning call which I was told I would get. The guy doing the floor seemed disappointed that it was a tile job and not a carpet job. you could tell it was his last job of the day. sure the floors look clean but just as clean as they do when I mop. I was super disappointed to spend so much money on something that looks like I could have done myself. I have never had my tile professionally cleaned before so I have nothing to compare it to but I wouldn't recommend to anyone and I would never pay money to have it done again. he told me we have lots of different color grout which i am sure we do but i think only taking 1 hr to do 3 large areas is not enough time to get things really clean.
Carpet cleaning really satisfactory and service people polite and trustworthy. I am dissapointed that the finish came off our saltillo floors in two places while having the tile cleaned. Our tile is 20 years old, but in good condition. The rest of the house tile looks great.
You're service person was on time,very professional and hard working. Our carpet look better than we thought it would. No leftover residue or strange smells.
I liked the service but I especially liked the technician. He took his time and was extremely conscientious. In fact I asked if he was just an employee or if he had part ownership since I felt he worked like an owner. I told him if I were looking for an employee, I would hire him! The truck had the name Leonardo but I am not sure of the technicians name.
I like that we have the peace of mind that our house is clean and is protected from future stains!
Brian was on time and did a great job, just like all the previous Zerorez service people in the past.
Jeff was really great. Very Professional, thorough, and friendly. I thought he did a great job. Offered additional services and answered my questions, but didn't get pushy. He had a problem with his truck that took some time, but he was honest with me, and communicated with me, so it was not a problem.
I was not happy with your reservation process. I was told that someone would call me on Thursday afternoon to let me know a time for my appointment. I had some people lined up to help me, and I told them I would call them Thursday night with the final details so they could plan for either Friday night, or Saturday AM, depending on the time. I was very disappointed when I got home from work around 6 PM, and all the message said was for me to call. I called and you were closed. I can't believe I am your only single homeowner who works. May I suggest you either tell people they have to call you on Thursday afternoon, or leave the time on the message? It really was very inconvenient for me not to know the time that evening.
