Very pleased with the service and the results.
It was our first time so its hard to get specific. But the carpet dried faster and wasn't crunchy it was cleaner the traffic areas have yet to come back. Keith was great at explaining costs options and helping us get the best bang for our buck. I was very happy with everything about Zerorez. I just wish I had bought some water for cleaning.

How well your system cleans.
My carpet was so undeniably, unreliably clean! And I was very much a skeptic. And it dried so fast, without harsh chemicals or fumes. What else is there to say? zerorez is amazing!
The technician that came out (Ken Brooks) was professional, nice and very helpful. He took the time to explain everything to us and had a good answer for every question that we had.
The carpet and tile look amazing and did not have the crunchy left-in soap feeling that have always been left by other companies. We were actually considering replacing the carpet in one of the rooms, but now it looks so nice that we feel we can get a few more years out of it.

The staff is very friendly and informative. My technician worked thoroughly but quickly. My carpet looks great, our guest mattress is very clean and my area rug looks almost brand new again!
I like the fact that it has no chemicals in it. Also my carpets didnt seem as wet as with other providers. I have used you once in the past and while the outcome of my carpet was top notch the rep. from your company that came out to do the work was very odd. Made me feel very uncomfortable about using you. He even tried to sell me on some ponzy sceem he was doing on the side. It really turned me off from your company. I decided to give you anther chance. The rep who came out this time was very professional and courteous. I would use again next time.

Every person I spoke with from setting up the appointment, confirmation calls and especially the serviceman who cleaned the carpet and furniture was friendly and extremely professional. The serviceman did a great job on everything. I had expected him to be late as that has been my experience with other companies, but he arrived exactly on time. I was very impressed.
