What our clients think of us!

One hundred per cent satisfaction with the service provided.

You are just like they say on KFYI. In my own words," you work QEMM and the work is outstanding."

The room still smells like animal waste. I said that I didn't know the exact spots where urine was but pointed out area where there had been poop. The guy didn't even want to use the bio enzyme, so I spent a lot of money and didn't get what I really wanted, and more importantly, what I really NEEDED.

This was my first time using Zerorez and I am very impressed. I received a call letting me know when to expect my technician and he was right on time He was very friendly and courteous and was very mindful of my wood floors. He did a really nice job and tidied up after. Everything dried quickly just as promised and looked wonderful and I love that everything is soft and not crunchy feeling as they have been using other company's.

Everything. Especially the people that you send to do the job. P

The receptionist that took my call and helped me make an appointment was the nicest person ever! Because of her helpfulness I would gladly refer a friend.

You are really well organized and your young man who came was extremely nice.

The pricing was more expensive than anyone else I've ever used. Made it difficult to choose you.

Like the friendly staff and explanation through the whole process.

Call ahead to give a 30 minute time frame. Rep was 2 hours early which worked out better for us but for other customers they may not be prepared or available.

Enjoyable technician. Worked hard at his job. Explained the process well. Allocated the proper amount of time to be thorough to get the job done within the assigned timeframe.

Job well done. Our carpet still looks wonderful. Our carpets were cleaned professionally and efficiently.

Did a wonderful job getting my carpets really clean.

No soap used

Overall I am satisfied with the tile cleaning but I would like to have seen a better job of cleaning near the edges. When the grout dried it was apparent the machine does not clean the edges.

Great service and my carpets look great!

How clean you guys get my carpets and floors- I am obsessed with your company! I love you guys!

Customer Service is GREAT! House looks so good - Shawn did a great job.

Did get odor out, carpet looked almost the same when it dried.

Our serviceman was prompt and curteous.

I was very impressed with how clean Zerorez got my tile grout. I also really like that no chemicals were used in the process.

Even though he had trouble finding my place he was very professional and offered to do a small bathroom for no additional charge. Carpets and tile turned out great! Plus he still finished in time so I could get to an appointment.

Carpet Cleaning: Carpets look great and the man who cleaned them was nice and professional.

Love the service. Easy to book an appointment, called to give a window when they said they would, punctual and came when they said to expect them, and most of all did a great job on my carpets and upholstery.

Mitch was very professional and did a good job.

The carpet is clean!!!

everything

My carpet was in bad shape to the point of demoralizing. Zerorez made the stubborn shag carpet look like new !! Thanks to the procedure and breeze/ weather conditions, the carpet took only 3 hours to dry. Thanks !!

great customer service. Product is excellent. Iespecially like using it on my staninless steel appliances.

NO SOAP, NO RSIDUE. AFTER TECH WAS FINISHED, I COULD'T BELIVE HE GOT OUT STAINS FROM SEVERAL YEARS AGO! WONDERFUL RESULT
