technicians were very professional and nice. everyone at the company worked to ensure we were satisfied with the work that was done.

Jonathan arrived about an hour and a half early but he did call in advance to let us know he was coming. Thankfully I had done my vacuuming early and was prepared. He went right to work completing his job in a reasonable time and with very little mess on the tile floor and no marks on the walls. He set up the fan to dry the carpet without blowing the vertical blinds around and didn't knock over any knick knacks. The cleaning product smelled good and the carpet was not too wet when he was done. Jonathan showed me how Zerorez worked on the tile and gave me a ballpark estimate for cleaning the tile at a later date. He cleaned 4 areas in about 2 1/2 hours and it looks great.

There's no doubt ZR is more expensive than other carpet cleaners. My belief was this meant the service was superior to other companies. Having used Stanley Steamer for years, I can say without question that ZR is by far SUPERIOR in every way. From the service provided by your phone customer service team, to the professional that did the cleaning (dang it, I wish I could remember his name), to how clean he got the carpets. A++ all around.

Your rates for carpet cleaning were competitive. Your upholstery cleaning was a bit much, though, considering the surface area covered. One chair costs more than one room! The only reason I had you do my couches vs. another company was for the sake of not having to come home from work on multiple occasions to meet a technician.

I liked that there was no residue (obviously, :)).
The technician, Andrew, explained everything he was doing. He worked very hard and asked several times if I was happy with what he was doing. I was extremely satisfied with the service!
