The technicians are extremely knowledgeable about the product they use to clean the carpet, and suggestions on how to keep the carpet looking clean. They are friendly and very trustworthy.

Not happy with the level of cleanliness of the carpet. The tech did not offer to do more. Money was not a concern. Carpet still damp after 36 hours. Really? Tried calling to no avail because it was the weekend.

The cleaning really improved the appearance of my carpet. I found the price of the service very high. I understand the minimum and most companies have the same policy, but in my case where I have just the two rooms and a small income, I seriously considered looking elsewhere and purchasing a personal carpet cleaner.
