No residual on the carpet, no odors. The technician was very neat, punctual and informative. He went about his work efficiently and everything was immaculate.
Timely scheduling and prompt technician who was attentive to my request to work on a water line on the carpet.
No residue left in the carpeting, almost dry when they leave, cleanest clean I've ever seen
all our doors and windows were open and the two Techs were not very discreet about the pet stains, etc. Our neighbors all know our business now, and have commented/referencing to the pet odors, etc. They were young and not very professional when it comes to some things. What ever the chemical was that they put down....seems to have a grease film that we are tracking onto our floor tiles...we are slipping and sliding and tracking foot prints from the carpet to the flooring. As far as doing their job...they know WHAT they are doing and HOW...but they could use some professionalism...and not hold conversations. The girl was very inquisitive. They let the dogs out and the girl had to run after them as we are two old people and cant run. That moment was highly nerve wrecking to us to think our dog would run into the street.
good job by your tech
Clean, efficient. It brought back one of my carpets that it thought I would have to replace.
The grout and tile cleaning was 2 times better than I thought it would be.
I was extremely impressed with how clean the carpets in my home were after Zerorez's visit. I really appreciated all the advice that Technician Tyler Wahl gave to me after the cleaning. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Tyler explained the cleaning process to me, and he even provided shoe covers to use while the carpet was drying. When I chose Zerorez over the rest of the companies in the Phoenix area I did not know what to expect. I am truly so happy that I chose Zerorez!
I love the lack of chemicals and the excellent job that Johnny did on my carpet!
This was not the first time we used your services. We were happy with the results then so we knew we were going to call you when our rugs needed cleaning. And they REALLY needed
cleaning this trip!!
The unlucky person who was sent here, was very efficient in what she was doing and very pleasant. She's worth a 10+.
They are environmentally friendly and really work.
Had both carpet and grout cleaned and both came out fantastic. Carpet was also dry within the time frame stated by the technician. Very happy with the whole process.
The ability to get me an appt same day and very professional
No chemical residual. Clean scent.
I like the concept of no chemicals. Your technician, Andrew Yesul, was very professional, informative and considerate.
THE CARPET LOOKED BRAND NEW. THERE WAS NO ODOR FROM CLEANING PRODUCTS AND IT DRIED QUICKLY
We had to request for a tech to come out a second time. If there was a way to get the stain out the first time that would be an improvement.
I have heard from others and myself included...job/service is good but price is still a bit too high.
Customer Service was great from setting up the appointment to the person cleaning the carpet. Polite and professional, they take extra time to insure that the home and household items are not damaged while cleaning.
traffic areas did not come that clean. first time I've had this problem.
Dirt does not seem to come back as it used to with other carpet cleaning processes. Professional organization!
