I like the fact that no harmful chemicals are used to clean my carpets.

Tech was wonderful and did what I felt was a wonderful job. Zerorez was here once before & I was very happy. This time my dogs have CONSTANTLY & daily lick the carpet. What is with that? Must be some kind of residue left as I have had this carpet cleaned at least 2 times a year for the last 6 years and they have NEVER

My carpet was so dingy that I had no expectations that you would be able to get my carpet completely clean. What a wonderful surprise it was when I saw my cleaned carpet and it looked like new. This was all done with no harsh chemicals or fragrances - all natural. I appreciate that aspect the most since I do not use anything chemical in my house. Your service person, Eddie Cstillo was terrific. He was at my house on time and very presentable. He was friendly, but very focused on the job to be done. He walked me through every step and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He was very enthusiastic and understanding. I will most definitely recommend your services (and have already done so). Thank you, Name removed
