Advise customers that you will be using there water when providing service. Not when you show up to provide service and then ask, "can I hook up to your faucet." If you do this, you should give a discount to the customer instead of just saying, "oh this truck I brought today is one of the trucks that doesn't have it's own water on it." This tells me that the customers that get these trucks with water on them does not have to use their own water unlike the ones that do and in return will then have an added cost on their water bill.

The technician that cleaned our carpets this year did an outstanding job. They were good last year but better this year. We are very happy with the outcome and do feel they last longer.

I like the fact that they don't use soap and you all do a thorough job of cleaning. Our carpets were pretty dirty, including some stains and I feel they did the best they could in getting a lot of them out, due to your professional cleaner.
