Carpet turned out well.
The tile floors in our recently purchased home were very dirty with differing shades of grout...mostly black. There were spots where rugs had covered and preserved the original light tan grout color for reference. I did not believe it would be possible to regain the color and I admittedly had second thoughts on spending the money. I'm glad I chose to go forward with the cleaning because it was well worth it. The floor looked great and the grout is tan everywhere. The technician presented professionally and was very informative throughout the process. I chose Zerorez because of a referral and I will refer your service to friends and family.
Carpets look great and are not soaking wet. Take little time to dry.

Carpets look great . Almost gave up any hope that they could be cleaned. There were so many stains .

Albert and Preston did an awesome job on our carpets and rugs. We felt in good hands and appreciated their extra effort in explaining the Zerorez process and why it is superior to other carpet cleaning companies. I no longer have to think about replacing my rugs because the color and patterns were restored to how they looked when I first purchased them. Kudos to Zerorez.
