It works! The carpet in my rental house came clean, when I didn't expect it to. I thought it would have to be replaced. Last year, when the prior tenant moved out, I had a different company clean the carpet there. In fact they did it twice! Their cleaner could not get the traffic areas clean. And I was prepared to replace the traffic areas.

However, my friend recommended Zerorez. They did such a great job I had Zerorez do my own home. I am very pleased with Zerorez. I wouldn't hesitate to have them back again or recommend them. Additionally, the Zerorez workers were pleasant, polite and hard working.

Was surprise/impressed by 1) use of plastic corner guards 2) use of plastic footies afterward 3) the service person actually got magic marker out of the carpet - how on earth did they do this? Service people were very professional! BIG RECOMMENDATION!!

I simply rated a 9 and not a 10 b/c we have dark carpets so I can't be 100% confident that stains and such were removed.

No chemicals

Scheduling was not what we requested. Technician was able to come about an hour early which was great then his equipment broke down (the truck) and so he was not able to get started on the job until almost an hour and a half after the scheduled time and was at out house until about 7pm. This was not the technician's fault.

I was very impressed with the carpet cleaning, and especially impressed with the young men who came. Albert and the other man (I can't remember his name) were very professional and friendly and went out of their way to ask my opinion during the cleaning process. Very happy with everything.

Since my carpets were cleaned a day ago there hasn't been enough time to see how well it worked. Ask me again in 6 months as I will be qualified to comment. Thank you

Nick, the technician,was very professional and knowledgable. We have two dogs and Nick took extra time on the stained areas. Our carpet looks new again. I will use zerorez again and will refer my friends.

A little pricy but the service was terrific and the carpets although not dirty had not been cleaned in 2 years they needed to be refreshed and they look great.

I like that all your equipement is contained in your vehicle, so you don't even need my water. The carpet is so clean and not crunchy after it dries. No harsh chemicals are used in your cleaning process. Thank you for the great service.

The carpet was not soaking wet when completed and had a nice smell to it.

I liked the person who cleaned my carpets. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful.

You do not have the capability to do tile/grout countertops. The technician gouged out sections of impossible to replace vintage tile on the edges of my kitchen countertop. He came with some sort of plate size apparatus. I had to leave shortly after he arrived (big mistake). It was clear he did not do several surfaces of countertops (by oven, etc) as there was still dust. I spent a lot of money to have the counter tops damaged and no cleaner than when he arrived. You should not take any jobs for tile countertops or bath/shower tile.

Brian and Peter did the initial cleaning. The grout didn't look any different to me after they did the cleaning. Brian came back the next day and did a terrific job recleaning the grout. He was real kind and ensured me he would do everything he could to meet my expecations. It looks much better now, but still stained in some areas. (Not anyone's fault, just unfortunate the the previous owners didn't take better care of it.)

Only other feedback would be that I think $1000 is a lot of money for tile cleaning. Also, my initial quote was $357 excluding the shower and the bathrooms, so the additional $643 was a little tough for me to justify.

I couldn't tell the difference between your company and any other that I've had clean the carpets. The service tech was superb.
