I don't know much about products because this is the first time I have had my carpet cleaned I have always done them myself. However I am now trying to sell my scrubber. I will never do my own carpets again. The young man you sent was very nice, polite, went about his work in a very professional manor and done a very good job. He spoke highly of his company and represented it very well. I hope this young man is rewarded well for his service. I was EX V P of a company employing over 1000 people and it would have been nice to have all of them with Shawn's work ethicks.
I was disappointed in the chair cleaning results. Yellow stains didn't come out very well and I noticed yellow stains on two or the chairs that were not there before the cleaning. Rug came out great.

The products are gentle and safe, my rugs look like new, and they are at least 14 years old. I have 2 pets and I don't have to worry about them stepping on caustic chemicals. And the techniician who did the work did a great job and was very professional.

I really liked the product that was utilized to clean the carpet in my home. It was very eco-friendly and it dried during the allotted time that was provided by the technician. The carpets look great. In reference to our technician, Tyler, he was a very polite and professional young man. He took the time to explain the services and products that were being utilized and he made all of the necessary arrangements to protect the furniture that had been moved to different parts of the home. It was a very good experience and I would recommend this company to my friends and family. I plan to also utilize these services in the future...Overall a very good experience.

There was a couple of residue spots left on carpet due to machine that were not there previously. I had to use a carpet cleaning agent to remove them.

We did have an issue with how to clean our tile (through out). I thought I was clear that I wanted steam only. A solvent was applied that took off the finish in the master bath and hallway. Luckily, we caught it in time and it will be resolved with a tile expert. A bit of a dissapointment though.
