I think a good job was done for me. My carpet and area rugs were very soiled. The young man who did the cleaning was very nice and helpful in answering my questions.

It has been just a few days but carpet is not showing any signs of the stains coming back. The technician was so polite and answered all my questions.

There were soft and not crunchy after being cleaned. They look great and I am hoping they stay that way for several months.

Customer service team is not very organized when serving multiple properties. Kept getting them confused and calling the wrong numbers to set things up.

Initial phone order was thorough, professional and easy to understand. The call two days before and 15 minutes before arrival, very helpful. The technician, Keith, one of the best who has been in our house, for any service. Finally the quality of cleaning was/is outstanding. Looks like new, (this carpet is 22 years old. Customer service was excellent!

Service was excelent (I believe his name was Tyler). I need to wait and see if there is any real difference in how quickly the carpets get dirty again (I'm a first time customer of yours). The price, even with the special, is a little on the high side (10-15 percent)compared to what I am used to paying.

When the zero Rosegaye came over he did not do the closets we realize that later on the house was completely vacant and yet he didn't do the closets nor did we really think you put too much effort on the places that we thought he should of

My carpet (lightly soiled) looks brand new. There is no chemical feel or residue left behind. The technician was careful about my walls and cleaned up my tile floor from tracks after he finished. My only suggestion would be to have your vehicles serviced. There was a large oil stain left in front of my home that I needed to clean up (no fault of the technician).

You deliver what you advertise and the cleaning process works! Each technician that has been here (3 different ones) is on-time, friendly and detail oriented.

Keith did an awesome job cleaning our carpet. And open my eyes to how safe the treatment was. The carpet looks brand-new and the zerorez product works awesome even left my mirrors streak free we will continue to have zerorez clean our carpet. I'm even going to call to schedule appointment to clean the travertine .

I like that you use ecologically friendly products. There was no residue after the cleaning and the rugs did dry quickly. The technician, Troy, explained the process up front, calculated the costs with no surprises, and worked in a very professional manner.

I actually used you guys once before and the scheduling was a nightmare. Nobody returning calls, no shows etc. I thought I would give you all another try since you were good with your money back guarantee the last time we weren't happy.

On the Saturday I made the appointment, I knew I was going to be out and about that afternoon so I confirmed my cell phone number with the appt setter. He had told me that in a couple of hours I would get a phone call with the time window for Tuesday. I waited and waited...no call. Sunday I knew you were closed so no call there. All day Monday...I received no calls so I tried to call that evening to find out what time someone would be at the house on Tuesday but your office was already closed. On Tuesday while I was at work at approx 10am, my daughter called me to inform me that there was a technician at the door. I had thought I was told that the tech would call me 30min before arrival, but i didn't receive that either.

Yes..my carpets looked great and I believe the tech did a great job but I am so disappointed you the communication system. This is the second time I had used you guys and the 2nd time that there was a gap in the communication. I believe it is so unprofessional to just show up whenever, without scheduling a window time. Thank goodness my daughter was home all day on Tuesday or we wouldn't of had our carpets cleaned that day.

I can't say that I would recommend friends to Zerorez because of that lack of communication. Very disappointed in the company.

Make sure all the water and odors are out of the carpet before leaving.

I have had several different companies clean my carpets over the years, however, none have done as good of a job as Zerorez. I will not use anyone else to clean for me ever again. It is Zerorez all the way all the time for me.
