Loved Casey!!! She was very professional, courteous, and delightful. I loved the attention to detail to keep the wall corners protected. My happiest moment came when the carpet and area rug dried within 5 hours and there was no lingering smell of wet carpet. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to friends, family and business associate.

I was a little disappointed that the corners of the room were not clean. I could actually wipe the dirt with my finger. We paid over $200 to clean ONE room. I expected the room floor to be very clean. I doubt we will request your services again. I thought the grout came out nice in the main areas of the room, but for $230ish dollars for one room, my expectations were much higher.

I have heard such wonderful things about your services. My only disappointment was I decided to upgrade the service to include a deoderizer treatment..and the odor is just awful in the home. It smells like dirty water.

I was amazed at how clean the stairs came. The carpet is 17 years old, still in very good condition, but the traffic pattern on the stairs was enough to make me want to have the carpet removed. I no longer feel that way. your product is excellent
